Why would a company send me a piece of my product and not the entire product after ive already waited 2-3weeks

Please someone answers my emails!

I ve been writing emails but nobody is answering. I purchased a Nicole 75inch tv stand and it came as a disaster, missing parts, the lowest quality, it is falling apart. I want to return it ASAP and want to onow theought which company?? UPS?i al not planning on paying the shipment so please give me the instructions on how to return it/through which company.
