Face Cleanser Review

I used these products and first of the first box I got the face wash bottle was broken. The bottles are very fragile. Second the products suck, I don't feel like my face is washed and most of the products stink. I do like the younger it smells great, and I do like the Orange serum but everything else sucks

Meaningful Beauty - Customer Care Review from Houston, Texas

1.0
Details
Same thing. I called 2day to order an item & they told me I owed for a shipment A YEAR ago in April. Told them I rtnd it & of course they said they hadn't recvd it. They are a rip off & customer svc is a HUGE joke. I cannot believe that Cindy Crawford ALLOWS herself to be so unconcerned about customer svc matters. She could care less though.....I'm sure she needs the scans to financially survive !

Meaningful Beauty in Houston, Texas - Hard to Cancel

1.5
Details
Meaningful Beauty seems to not take no for an answer. Very difficult to cancel your product subscription because you are not satisfied with the products. Most are just sunscreen anyway. I read reviews before agreeing to the trial and thought that with Cindy Crawford's name attached the ones I read about it being difficult to cancel and they keep charging your account had to be just their bad luck. But no, those reviews are right on. It seems to be a common business practice with them and this company should be stopped from treating their customers like this. They say it is easy to cancel from the website, but there is no such option. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Meaningful Beauty in Houston, Texas - Charged after cancelling

Meaningful Beauty is a SCAM. After I cancelled they continued to charge my account stating they sent me a 90 day supply which I never received. I finally had to cancel my card to stop the charges. Please don't order this product. And the next thing is the products don't work. There were no changes to my skin, no lines were removed, skin didn't feel softer or none of what they said would happen. Cindy Crawford should stop promoting this product. Her reputation is tarnished in my eyesight and probably a lot of others. The product itself should not be advertised.

Meaningful Beauty in Houston, Texas - Read the directions

Love it but unit for everybody if u get it do a skin test with everything it works for.me I'm 31 and look 17 you have to use all or none of the products that's how it works if u order from the website just remember they automatically sign u up fir monthly shipments so call and cancel within 24 hrs not fir sensitive or dry skin you will break out so I've read but I love it. Just watch out how much your ordering it's a regimen so you can't pick and choose. It won't work but please guys stop blaming meaningful beauty because you can't read what's in bold print good luck and by the way if this is the first wrinkle cream you have ever bought and you have deep set in wrinkles it might take longer than a month to see any difference I started when I was 17 31 now no wrinkles so be realistic

How much are they paying you to say this?

glad you are happy. they tricked me.

i ordered 30 day trial kit and they sent and charged me for 90 day supply. when i called company i was rudely treated and ignored. i was being very nice but it did not work. so all endings aren't happy like yours.

many like the product it is the customer service and bait and switch they don't like. also, taking peoples money and not refunding is stealing.

Meaningful Beauty in Houston, Texas - Still charging me 4 yrs later

So I bought meaningful beauty in 2011 which I can accept was dumb in my part since I was only 19 my skin was great so this cream did nothing for me. The first order last me quite a while I wasn't even halfway done when they were already sending me a second one! I kept it & canceled my account next thing I know a month or two later I'm getting billed again for another order I was pissed this stuff is not cheap! The 1st month it's like $40 then it turns to $70 or more. I had more then enough to last me so I called my bank & let them no I did not approve the purchase, I didn't worry too much since I never got anything. A few weeks later a collections agency was billing me for it. I called meaningful beauty & they said they had nothing too do with it since my account was closed. So I called the # & customer service was so rude they didn't care what I said they wanted me to pay up! I refused to pay for a product I never ordered, and didn't even receive. These people must be so hard up for money it's 2014 I'm 21 & I have a kid, I moved like 3x so my address changed & next thing I know I get a bill in the mail for this meaningful beauty ***! This is seriously ridiculous wish I would have never bought that junk!

Cancel your credit card, that will stop the automatic billing!

I cancelled this immediately after the initial order back in July 2013. They did stop sending the product but I am still getting charges on my credit card as of March 2014.

The credit card entries change how they are listed every month and sound like health plan names so they didn't stand out. What a ripoff.

We are working with the credit card company now to reverse the charges and get this stopped.

Most of these "outfits" require that you agree to "automatic billing" in order for you to receive their "special offer" and that you can cancel at any time (don't believe that one) .... read the fine print before you click the buy button. They bank on that you either will not read the fine print or that you will forget to cancel.

Yeah, seen a lot of complaints about this company ripping people off. Sad because I always liked Cindy Crawford and she has attached her name to this product line...makes me wonder, does she really use this stuff or was she after a paycheck? The infomercial makes it look great, but that is all overshadowed by the customer service/billing problems....

They have 35 reports alone on ripoffreports.com, this company is pure garbage!

Unless you are in the sun a lot or tan, skin doesn't really start to go downhill till 25. Stand your ground with these people, but future going, any contact, do in writing and send via a traceable method, i.e.

fedex, certified mail, etc. You might want to check your credit report as well.

A couple of thoughts:

1. Never, ever use a debit card when ordering online or just about anywhere. As you have discovered, once they debit your account, you are out the money and getting it back can be next to impossible. Always use a credit card. With a credit card you can dispute the charge and not have to pay it till they make the order right.

2. Most products sold via a television ad are cheaply made, do not last and are over-priced. Never do this. You can find "ad seen on TV" products at stores like Meijer, WalMart, etc. I am seeing them more and more.

3. I suspect when you ordered this junk you were automatically enrolled in a monthly/periodic shipment of more of the junk. Watch your bank balance for any charges next month. Even if they send the stuff you just ordered, you may find charges for auto orders each month. If so and you don't want them, either contact the company and cancel---which they may not do for a while, if ever as they have your debit card/bank info---or contact your bank and tell them fraud is suspected and you need a totally new account and card. Or, better yet, get a credit card and destroy that debit card.

4. This is how we learn.

I received my first and only kit in December. In March I contacted MB and inquired about a 2nd kit; was assured an order was being processed, but in April I noticed more money deducted from my account and still no 2nd kit. I contacted MB again and requested all...

Do what i did and cancel your card. They try to threaten me on the phone, and told them i did not buy into their nastiness.

Said it was being processed and that they could not cancel, told them that i could and cancelled the card. The buisness is corrupt and nasty people to deal with.

Did not do what she said it does any way.

Found out on the next shipment that. they charge you for each piece, and that the 39.95 was only for the first shipment it is a scam BE WARE DO NOT ORDER Elizabeth
