WHEN I SENT IN FOR THE INITIAL ORDER - I HAD AN UNDERSTANDING WITH MB (or at least I thought I did) THAT THEY WERE NOT TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THIS WAS IN APRIL. IN JULY THERE WAS A CHARGE FROM GUNTHY RINKER (or whoever it was) & I THOUGHT IT WAS FRAUD. I CANCELED MY CREDIT CARD. FEW DAYS LATER A SHIPMENT SHOWS UP AND I LEARNED THEN IT WAS FOR MB. I WAS FURIOUS. I CALLED THEM AND THEY APOLOGIZED - SAID ALL CHARGES WOULD BE DROPPED. THEN I STARTED GETTING BILLS FROM THEM. TO SETTLE THE ISSUE - I SENT THEM A CHECK FOR $43.99 ON SEPTEMBER 5 AND IT HAS YET TO CLEAR AS LATE AS DATE OF OCTOBER 27. I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN. THEY SAID 4-6 WEEKS TO CLEAR. HAVE LOST THEIR PHONE NUMBER & CANNOT EVEN FIND ONE ON ANY OF THEIR WEB-SITES. COULD IT BE BECAUSE THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLAINTS?

Yeah, all the reviews I have seen on this products all over the internet, I wont be buying it. I was gonna order it and review it on you tube and facebook, but from everything I have seen it seems like they don't explain the billing adequately, nor does the products work....Thanks for the heads up everybody.

order a kit for my mother. Birthday gift. Product is not different than an over the counter moisturizer and cause minor rash on her face. Called customer service and they told me to return the containers. I did, sent containers back. However, they continue to charge me and send me another package. When I mentioned the money back warranty they said they didn't received the containers so they kept charging my account and sent me another shipment. I closed the account and. called customer service and they hang up whenever I asked to speak to supervisor. Will file complaint with business bureau if they don't returned my calls.

Meaningful Beauty in Columbia, South Carolina - WAS WONDERING WHY THE ARE SHOWING OLD INFOMERCIAL

I Googled Cindy Crawford product because I noticed they were showing the same OLD infomercial and not a new or updated one. Reading mostly about how the customers are being ripped off makes me not want to try the product because if I decide that it is not for me, I will also get ripped off. Is this company stealing people money for greed or to try and stay afloat??!!?? By now with all of the complaints received, they should have added something during the call letting the customers know how they charge work, well that's if they really cared. Do Cindy actually know about this??!!??

I CALLED TO END MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR THIS PRODUCT AND INSTEAD OF ALLOWING ME TO DO THIS, THE REPRESENTATIVE TALKED ME INTO WHAT HE SOLD TO ME WAS A "CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE..." THE END RESULT WAS IT WAS DOUBLE THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT (THAT I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL INITIALLY) AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT I SPOKE TO SORT THIS ALL OUT UPON REALIZING THIS WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I AM SENDING THEIR PRODUCT BACK WITH A CERTIFICATE OF MAILING AND RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED IN HOPES THAT I DO NOT ENDURE THE NIGHTMARE THAT OTHERS HAVE IN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND NOT GETTING REFUNDED!

I ordered a sample trial size of skin care products, which were nice products, but then I started getting these "beauty vitamins" in the mail which I never ordered to begin with and noticed a recurring monthly charge to my credit card for approximately $33, which has been ongoing for the past several months, despite my written request to cancel any further orders with Meaningful Beauty. This is ridiculous, but not surprising given the "Guthy Renker" connection, as I had a similar bad experience with another Guthy Renker-associated product years ago. Today I spent over an hour on the phone(mostly waiting for someone to answer repeated calls to their 1-888 number and then having to call back 3 times when the call got disconnected repeatedly after finally getting someone on the line. I was told I will have to sign an affidavit and mail it back for them to start the process of a refund.

I have had the same experience with the vitamins. I never ordered them but yet they keep coming every 3 months and charging my cc every month.

I called today to cancel everything. I'm hoping they do cancel as I read many complaints saying that they don't after several telephone call attempts.

Meaningful Beauty RIPOFF caused overdraft charges!!

I ordered by phone back in January and was under the impression that I would be charge the one time and was instead charged 3 different times for $46.95 and 2 charges for 39.95 and another for $29.95. I made the mistake of using my debit card to order and all these charges cost me $795 in overdraft charges!! Total rip off and the products weren't that great, my bank account was affected by Meaningful Beauty and it didn't make it anywhere close to beautiful!! They sent me vitamins that I never agreed to pay for and tried to charge $89.95!!

MEANINGFUL BEAUTY Worst Customer Service

Do Not Order from Guthy-Renker!!! I ordered the 7pc 30-day supply of Meaningful Beauty. The customer service representative I ordered from (Rafael) was absolutely clueless, so I had him confirm three times that I ordered the 7pc 30-day supply. After confirming that yes, I did in fact order the 30-day supply and giving me the total charge for the order, I felt confident that my order was correct. Two days later, I received an email letting me know that my 90-day supply was being shipped that day. When I called customer service, Sydney told me I could return the shipment (with insurance to make sure they received the order back), and I could expect my refund sometime in 60-90 days. I don't understand why I should have to pay for insurance to send an incorrect order back AND why I should have to pay the Meaningful Beauty charge on my card when they are the ones that messed up my order. Save yourself time, trouble, and aggravation...there are products out there that are just as good -- if not better -- than Meaningful Beauty.

Denise, you WILL get your order, they always charge first to make sure the payment goes through BEFORE they send out the order--they just want to make sure they get paid for it. :)

Not everyone loves the product, but I do.

More people complain when they're unhappy than those that are happy, just the nature of the beast when it comes to people.

Try it for the 30 days and if you don't like it, send it back with tracking only, not insurance, they aren't going to rip you off--but it does take awhile to be credited back on your charge card, so you will just have to be patient! Read my other comments herein about the product, I for one love the product line and will be continuing using it for several more years, I only wish I'd have found this stuff long before I did 8)
