OH MY GOD!!!!! ....I am so scared I am going thru this 24 hour waiting time ....I have called my credit card company too ....so they have charged my account yet I never wanted this product and I was saying that to the representative over the phone during my initial call, as it seemed to me that they must be scamming me.

I am pretty terrified at this point. I am going to post again after I reach a rep and call my bank after this 24 hours are over.

This is crazy !!!!!!!!

Meaningful Beauty in Monroe, New York - SCAM

Cindy Crawford should be ashamed of herself! I had to submit a review after reading the others and found out I'm not alone. This company just keeps sending you out products and charging you. I even got roped into "customizing" my future orders, but it seemed like my credit card was always getting charged. Finally, I called to cancel, even though I like the product, which is a shame. It's very hard to get out of it so just do yourself a favor and stay away!!! It takes several phone calls and is just not worth the hassle! Hopefully Cindy reads these reviews and makes some changes!

Meaningful Beauty Beauty Set

Meaningful Beauty in New York, New York - Didn't Order - Have to PAY anyways!

I ordered the introductory set and the results were okay - nothing lifechanging - but just okay. But then, I received an invoice several months later for $125 stating that they sent me a 90-day set as well and I needed to pay for it immediately or they were sending me to collections. I never ordered the product, I never received the product and yet MY CREDIT is being ruined because they "auto-sent" product to me after I ordered the introductory set. It's been in debt collections for a year and I have written letters and nobody will respond. AWFUL!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE - IT'S A RIPOFF!

Meaningful Beauty in Mahopac, New York - Your site convinced me not to order

I was 'sold' by their infomercial, but after checking out your site, I realized it is a scam. Thank you for saving me a lot of trouble trying to cancel and also major issues with my credit card company. The products look very interesting but with all the hassles these customers are reporting,it seems they give you so much grief that it takes away any benefits that may be derived from using the creams. We tend to look for a magic bullet. Maybe there is one, but Meaningful Beauty is not it. I am surprised Cindy Crawford would lend her famous name and reputation to such a shoddy operation.

Meaningful Beauty in Plattsburgh, New York - Bait and switch on an older disabled vet and rude too

ordered kit of infomercial for 119 and half price for secret code. i was very clear about this as i am on limited income. received 90 day kit with 2 more payments due. called and spoke to very nice girl- maria. i asked for supervisor and talked to rob. he would not admit mistake and i told him i had no $ to send back. i asked for return label and he said yes. i said this was bait and switch and i was vet on limited income. he did not care. i asked if there was a facebook page and he ignored my question 5 times and finally said he did not know. i get non service disability of 1035 a month and have 700 mortgage. i cannot afford this. the one time i do something for myself and i get bitten in the butt. don't trust this company and hope they leave my disability alone. i told them not to use it or i would see what could be done about them taking my money without permission. i did not sign up for the 90 day deal and i refuse to make rich people richer while i hover at poverty level and get no public assistance what so ever. carol s. Meaningful Beauty in New York, New York - Horrendous Customer Service

I placed 2 one-month trial orders of Meaningful Beauty products in December 2013 and was not happy with the results. In January, I received a 3-month supply, and when I called, the rep told me that they "automatically" do 3-month refills and that I had that on both orders. I told him to immediately cancel both of my orders, and he informed me that I would continue to receive monthly auto deductions until the end of March for products that I did not want. Now in April, I have received another deduction. I called and the rep kept trying to ask me about the product and not listening to my complaint. She then told me that "regardless" the amount will still be deducted over the next 3 months and then started asking me about the actual product again! Unbelievable. I'm calling my bank now to not allow them to do anymore auto deductions.

Meaningful Beauty in Buffalo, New York - Unwanted products and charges

I have been going back and forth with Meaningful Beauty for well over a week now trying to get them to refund me some sort of vitamin supplement that I did not order. They say it is from another company. When I ask why they are giving my credit card info to another company they say that it is part of their "family" yet they cannot cancel my orders or offer me a. I finally gave in and tried to contact the "other company" who does not answer their phone and their emails are returned. They also refuse to cancel my account through email and are trying to make me sit on the phone with them to do it! So angry!!

Is there nothing we can do? Why should we pay for something we never bought? Is there a legal person we can consult?

Meaningful Beauty in Rochester, New York - I have been screwed before many times when doing 30 day trials.

I would really like to try meaninfull beauty, however I refuse to be lied to again and have my account be exhausted. Therefore if this company wants to sell more product they should do what proactive did and make it available where people can gio to the mall and purchase the product with the same deal they provide on the internet. That way all the *** is resolved....Jessica O. Apparently I need to type at least 100 words, however my statement is pretty clear. I believe many will agree with me; it would put an end to those who have to cancel their credit cards and go through a bunch of stress that in this day in age.....we don't need it.

Since you've been screwed over many times and have learned nothing. My question to you is- Have you placed your trial order, yet? :p

Seriously, don't fall for the hype. There is no Miracle beauty product in a bottle. Unscrupulous companies love the gullible, it's what keep the $$$'s rolling in.. :roll
