Meaningful Beauty - In additional to my purchase was charged for Vitiamins that was not order at the rate of $32.00 per month.

Didn't see any improvement. Cancelled my subscription immediately after so many charges to credit card. Check to see if your being charged for vitamins you never ordered. Representative never disputed that I never ordered these. These products are nothing more than what you would buy off the counter and alot more costly. Keep your money and go to the nearest drugstore. Someone is getting rich pushing these products. I just hope I can get my stopped since some many people have trouble with this company. With over 300 complaints registered you would think someone would do something about this company.

It is illegal to randomly charge your account for items you haven't consented to. I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If enough people complain about the same thing the FTC will be forced to put a stop to this shady practice!

I have not even received first order , I don't even want to get auto ship. Have to call to cancel that after first ship don't know when that will be on back order I have called four times now still no delivery date have email twice ,got one response so far he said nothing would be charged till they shipped to me but same day it was still out of my account , next day checked again and charged was removed they are not allowed to go in and out of my account .

JUst hoping now that product will work for me if I ever get it !!!!

I CALLED TO END MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR THIS PRODUCT AND INSTEAD OF ALLOWING ME TO DO THIS, THE REPRESENTATIVE TALKED ME INTO WHAT HE SOLD TO ME WAS A "CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE..." THE END RESULT WAS IT WAS DOUBLE THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT (THAT I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL INITIALLY) AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT I SPOKE TO SORT THIS ALL OUT UPON REALIZING THIS WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I AM SENDING THEIR PRODUCT BACK WITH A CERTIFICATE OF MAILING AND RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED IN HOPES THAT I DO NOT ENDURE THE NIGHTMARE THAT OTHERS HAVE IN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND NOT GETTING REFUNDED!

Meaningful Beauty in New York, New York - They would not credit back full refund

I ordered meaningful beauty, tried the product twice and returned it, they gave me a hard time even though it was within the window, I also cancelled the subscription, but they sent the second order anyway. I returned the second just as the first. They would not give me a full refund, they subtracted the shipping for both shipments from the return, even though I had cancelled the second shipment. They claim full refund. I had to call many times to get the order subscription cancelled. They gave me the run around and finally they agreed only to refund a portion of the costs. This company is a scam and do not order from them.

Meaningful Beauty in Long Beach, California - It is impossible to cancel once you've signed up!!!!

I have used this product for 2 years. Recently I started getting red dry patches on my face. I stopped using the product and they went away. I have tried getting on their website to cancel, you can't. You can't delete your credit info and you can't stop shipment. I tried calling after waiting 15 minutes on hold, i hung up in frustration. I emailed them and got a sickly sweet email back saying I could cancel at anytime by deleting my credit card. YOU CAN'T!!! It's a total scam! I'm not going to do this with me. I am going to the bank to cancel my card and get a new one. So frustrating that Cindy Crawford would be associated with this! Not to the other "famous stars" that are endorsing it!!! Don't order this product!!!

I had to cancel my subscription because I started breaking out. They transferred me to a specialist who wanted the name of my dermatologist.

I told them I am seeing someone new and could not remember his name at the moment. LOL I am not giving out my Dr.'s name! All they needed to know was the product was making me break out and is not working for me. They canceled my account.

After reading all the comments about still being charged etc., I am going to get in touch with my cc company and have any charges blocked.

Thanks for the heads up on the not so professional conduct of this company. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier.

Worst customer service ever! Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Awful to deal with. I tried to cancel my order, the difficult to understand foreign call center asked why I didn't like the product, I said it was because I have really bad acne since starting the product. I'm 46, too old for my face to look like a 15 year old's. She said, "I have to transfer you to the "Specialists to discuss your reaction to the product." Before I could reply, I was put on hold again.

Many minutes later, I got a recording saying "All of our specialist are busy, leave your name and number and someone will call you back in 24 hours!" Seriously! Then I was hung up on. I immediately called back, sat on hold again, and another difficult to understand person came on the line, I said I wanted to cancel the product. She then asked the same question of why?

I said I'm not telling you I just want to cancel. She put me on hold to access my account, came back on and said,"It's because of the breakouts, I have to transfer you to the specialists! I firmly said "NO!" I was already transferred there and hung up on! She continued to argue with me for several minutes while I kept saying NO!

I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO THE SPECIALISTS! I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER! She kept going on about the F*ing specialists who could also cancel my order! After several minutes of us arguing about my just wanting to cancel the order and she wanting my to talk to the specialist, she finally said she cancelled my order.

I told her my credit card better not be charged and another shipment better not show up because I will pursue it with my credit card company! She said I will receive an email confirmation in about 2 days. Seriously???? Do I believe her?????

I have a feeling this is NOT OVER!!!! Oh, and when she hung up, she said they were open 24 hours if I change my mind and can call back!

If I wasn't shaking with rage, I might have laughed! After that, do you think I will EVER be a customer again?!

they are scam company that sucks the money out of anyone! we cancelled our orders many times and everytime after waiting forever on the phone to get through- been assured that this time its been canceled, but it never did and they charged us without sending any product!!

horrible place. and everytime we called, they act like we never canceled, that there is no varification of that!!!

I got the initial shipment and used the product. Got the second shipment and started to see some nice results. I ran out of the product and called to get it shipped priority and they said it was already processed and would take 3 more weeks to get to me. I am out of product!! Their scripts and customer service people were not accommodating. They acted like they would ship it earlier and then said it would take 2 weeks and 2 days. WOO HOO I was going to get it 6 days earlier and I am still out of product! Cancelled my subscription immediately and now looking for similar products without all of the red tape!

Meaningful Beauty in Tampa, Florida - Cancellation never takes effect

Meaningful Beauty is a company I wish I had never heard of. My experiences with them has been a nightmare. I have, unsuccessfully, attempted to cancel my subscription three times. The first attempt was within days of receiving the first shipment. I, regrettably, tried the product and it left my face greasy. The second rep said she would gladly refund my money and stop the next shipment. She did not cancel my subscription or refund my money. The last rep "Tammy" said she would do what nobody else had done, actually cancel my subscription. then four days later I see yet another charge on my credit card. I am considering hiring an attorney.

I wasn't aware that when you bought a 30 day supply, you signed up for follow-on shipments of 60-day supplies plus vitamins. When I got another shipment I called the customer service and cancelled the subscription. That was in December. I kept seeing charges to my account so I called back. The rep said that I was charged in 3 installments so my last payment would be March. In May, I checked my account and had been charged in April and May. I called yet again and the rep said that I cancelled the regular meaningful beauty but still got the vitamins. This was NEVER explained to me. Why would I cancel the lotion and still get the vitamins? They are crooks and I can't believe this is allowed to happen. Don't buy this product! It's a horrible practice and are taking hundreds of dollars from us! I said that I had the bottle of vitamins and I would return it. The rep informed me that since it was shipped March 6th, I was 2 days past the 60 day guarantee. Are you freaking kidding me? It hasn't even been opened. I don't know what they put in those vitamins so I have never taken any of them.

Meaningful Beauty Poor Customer Service

I have been using the Meaningful Beauty Products for over a year. The payments come out of my account on or around the 10th of each month. The first payment is for $48.94 which includes shipping of the new order then for the next two months it is $39.95. This month, the payment for the last of the 3 in the cycle came out on the 10th. I was then surprised when a $48.94 payment came out on the 19th! When I called I was told that with the holidays, some shipments will be billed early. I argued "A month early!" I was told the next two payments would be in January and February. They are billing me twice in one month! Totally unacceptable for a "valued customer" to not be given any warning! I love the product but have cancelled my subscription with them just our of principal! LOL! Maybe I should go with the Principal Secret Products!
