Oh My God. I didn't have an issue with blackheads and acne when I was a teenager but I started using this product in July. While I received many compliments on how great I looked, I started having major breakouts. First I blamed full face waxing, but then I stopped...

I have sensitive skin, too.

However you should just send the product back for a full refund. I believe that is their policy.

Meaningful Beauty - Deal Review

Signed up online for the introduction kit - sounded like a good deal. Like others have said the products were SO small! Then 30 days later another package arrived, and I saw the $55 charge & figured that was ok. Never received anything else so didn't look for charges from them. Then charges in May, June, July, August. Just got off the phone & got an undergrad degree in MFBeauty. They ship a 90 day supply then charge in 3 installments. Only this timeIi didn't get the supply. The rep said ok & she'll send an affidavit in 7-10 days & then they'll credit my cc. Interesting thing is-what if I liked the products?! Regardless, it seems not worth the hassle & price.

Meaningful Beauty in Clarksburg, West Virginia - Crooks, money hungry!

This company is full of crooks. They Only want your money! I dealt with them for the past three months. After many lies they finally promised to stop billing me for vitamins I didn't order, and payed out of pocket to return. Their customer service associates are liars and kept telling me they didn't receive the vitamins back. They were sending me bills and charging my credit card. Don't trust them people. Don't got through the same headache I did. And frankly the product is ok it's nothing special. Definitely was not worth my time and money to deal with these liars!!! God forbid I receive another bill from them! How is this customer service???

Meaningful Beauty in Rochester, New York - I have been screwed before many times when doing 30 day trials.

I would really like to try meaninfull beauty, however I refuse to be lied to again and have my account be exhausted. Therefore if this company wants to sell more product they should do what proactive did and make it available where people can gio to the mall and purchase the product with the same deal they provide on the internet. That way all the *** is resolved....Jessica O. Apparently I need to type at least 100 words, however my statement is pretty clear. I believe many will agree with me; it would put an end to those who have to cancel their credit cards and go through a bunch of stress that in this day in age.....we don't need it.

Since you've been screwed over many times and have learned nothing. My question to you is- Have you placed your trial order, yet? :p

Seriously, don't fall for the hype. There is no Miracle beauty product in a bottle. Unscrupulous companies love the gullible, it's what keep the $$$'s rolling in.. :roll

Meaningful Beauty in Baldwin, Maryland - Cancelled and they still charged my accont

I cancelled the Meaningful Beauty account back in March and spoke to a really nice gal. Thought everything was done. I even paid up the remaining money that was billed to me. Well in June they sent another box. Called again and spoke to a very nice woman named Melissa who said "Oh, I see you called back in March and cancelled. I will take care of this. I will also mail you a label to return the box and credit your bank account." Great.. I thought. So, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for this label. So I call AGAIN and speak with a VERY rude man named Tom who said " I CLAIMED to cancel back in March" CLAIMED??? WTF! Obviously he did not know how to deal with customers or read. He was very rude and said he would refund the remaining money to my account since they shorted me the shipping and handling of 9.99 and the label takes 2-3 weeks and then he rudely said "thank you for calling meaningful beauty...blah blah" to get me off the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Go to Ulta or Macys and get a good product or even Sephora!

Meaningful Beauty in Bloomington, Indiana - Very poor customer service

I Had a very similar experience - I purchased Meaningful Beauty over the phone after watching the TV ad that leads you to believe is what the product costs $39.95. I spoke with a customer service representative who assured me that was the cost and I could cancel at any time. I did not like the product, so I called them to cancel my order and that when they inform me that they will continue to bill me each month thereafter. Both the TV commerial and the customer service reprentatives misled me about that being a one time deal. I did not check the webpage to hunt for fine print. You would expect the customer service representative to inform you about the actual cost of a product. So now I am stuck with having to pay for a product which I do not like!!! This company is obviously not very confident of their products to have to stoop to such deceptive marketing methods. Not a great product and disgusting marketing gimmicks.

Meaningful Beauty in Fort Worth, Texas - Evil Company - Beware

The other reviews are correct. They automatically sign you up for refills and charge you for it. I called 4 times to cancel and still they sent me stuff. Then I got two shipments AFTER they said I was cancelled. I mailed them back as they said to do. I had the post office tape them together good. They refunded me for one (minus shipping you have to submit that and wait a month for it to get to you) but somehow they are saying they never received the other package. THEY WERE TAPED TOGETHER. The whole process of arguing with them and how long it took to cancel put me past my 60 days where they will refund and what not. Now they're saying there's nothing they can do. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life. The product is not near good enough to deal with that ***.

Meaningful Beauty in Los Angeles, California - FAKE Advertising!

I saw the commercials with Cindy and thought I might as well try it because they were offering such a great deal for $39.95 When I called customer service the sales woman would NOT let me buy the discounted products, she insisted I had to make another purchase. After 20 minutes of arguing with her about Meaningful Beauty's television ads, she HUNG UP on me. A couple of months later I saw the same ad, and decided to try again but I called 3 times before anyone picked up and found out I had been black listed because I had refused to purchase more expensive products. In hindsight, I'm really luck because it looks as if everyone who paid for products ended up getting ripped off.

Meaningful Beauty in Pottsville, Pennsylvania - Thieves!

Okay, so I watched the commercial. It sounded good. I decided to try it because of the "guaranteed money back" promise. I ordered the product on September 19, 2012. I quickly found that I did not like it. One of the products smelled like dog food, seriously. I called and after a ridiculously long wait, I was finally able to speak to someone to cancel future orders. (I ended up calling the line that one uses to place an order instead of customer service because NO ONE was answering at customer service. I was on hold for AT LEAST half an hour before I tried the "place an order" line.) I sent the entire order back on October 9 to get my refund. I sent it back via the USPS, and tracked the shipment. They received it on October 11. On October 25, it was not showing as a refund on my credit card. I called and was told it would take FOUR TO SIX WEEKS to process the refund. Okay. On December 13, I called and was told that they had never received the items. I had to fax them proof that I had sent it back, so I did. On December 26, I called to see why the refund was still not showing up on my statement. I was told the refund went through on December 19, and that it could take a few days for it to show up. Well, here it is, January 7 - almost THREE MONTHS since I returned this ***. It is still not showing up on my statement. I called again, and they are telling me that now I have to fax them a copy of my statement to show that it has not gone through. I called my credit card company, and they checked it out. They said there was no transaction made. I am fed up. I am done. Cindy Crawford, I hope you are able to buy one of your kids a little something with the money you stole from me. Or maybe it will help keep Dr. Sebagh in melons. I don't know what you all will do with the $50, but judging from the other complaints, the money is adding up quickly for you. Cha ching. Cha ching. I just wish I'd donated this money to Easter Seals or another worthy cause instead of donating it to a supermodel and doctor. Live and learn. I am just too annoyed to deal with this anymore. I am letting the $50 go, and letting my anger go. Deep breath.
