Why on Earth would you publish your phone number online?! Also, Meaningful Beauty is a fraud company.

You unknowingly sign up for a monthly delivery, and the price is insane. No phone numbers work, no email response, and of course no product. BE AWARE WHAT YOU USE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR! Why on Earth would you publish your phone number online?!

They said I would get a confirmation email as well and it never happened. Ive tried to cancel 3 times and they keep trying to take my money.

The only way is to get a new debit card or report your credit cart stolen so it doesnt happen again. Im doing that on Monday

I tried to purchase the skin care system after seeing an info commercial that offered the 7 piece system with additional free gifts for 39.95 (with promo code CINDY123). I was charged 49.95 plus s.h. Customer service informed me that there was no such deal for the 7 piece system and could not give me the price advertised. Scam tactic. You just lost another customer.

Thank you for writing this comment. I've always wanted to try this "meaningful beauty" and was very skeptical about it.

Now after reading all these bad experience from other ladies, I know I was smart to not get sucked into the advertising.

i tried to order the cindy123 meaningful beauty product advertised on tv. i ordered online.

i never got a chance to put in the cindy 123 on any page, then a confirmation page came up with a starting charge of $49.95, plus additional s&h charges etc. that disappeared, and then showed i had nothing under my account. i called the contact number and rose told me i wasn't in the system yet so she couldn't help me. that my info wouldn't be in the system for 24-48 hrs, then they could help me, or they could help me after i get the product.

?????????? i have never had this happen to me in my whole life....i am 65 and have ordered a lot of stuff online as i am disabled. rosel gave me a lot of silences and gave me statements that didn't answer my questions, she didn't even acknowledge that i asked a question. it was a horrible experience...this is gonna cost me a lot of money i can tell already.

i have always respected cindy crawford and hope she doesn't know what is going on under her name.

does anyone know how to get in touch with her or her representatives directly??? thanks

Meaningful Beauty in Cedar Park, Texas - Mislead about canceling or returning

I called to cancel any further shipments because I was misled about the cost. They cancelled but could only give me a discount for the remaining two months. The return policy was convoluted and difficult to understand. Once you order, you are stuck with a long return process. Christy Brinkley should review her business practices. The order takers are, I am sure, pushed by quotas to sell, sell, sell. They are difficult to understand and are not interested in anything but getting a big order. Be very careful if you deal with these people. I am now stuck with products I do not want and cannot afford.

They screw up up orders. They don't accept responsibility. They Stillkeep charging your account for WEEKS after admitting it was their error. Why can a company take your money instantly, yet take months to return it, even when admitting it was their error? I love the product, but will not deal with this disrespect. Great product. But it doesn't matter. Maybe Christly Brinkly should take more interest in her customers, personally. If you have a good product, market it ethically. I returned the unordered product to them, but they keep charging my account. On phone calls, they keep assuring me that I will get my money back. This is *** service for a many year user. Not my first problem with service, but definitely my last problem! I'm gone.
