I guess that's why you see a lot of this stuff being sold on EBAY -- folks just can't seem to get off the autoship

I am reporting MB to BBB , I am making post on every social media .

They are very rude.

They took payment out of my account.

They said the card was denied.

I offered to call the bank and let them hear the transaction. They said the was not allowed to do that!

I am out 46.95 , that is alot of money to me . They said there was nothing they could do .

Meaningful Beauty - Commercial Review from Fishers, Indiana

Beware. I was charged 3 times what I thought I would be. I ordered by phone with a credit card and I must have agreed to a 3 month supply. In very small print on the commercial it said 39.95 plus s &h One Month Supply. But the bottles they send are a 3 month supply. So what you think you will be charged is X 3!!! I would not have agreed to $131 of skin care if I understood it was the TV offer x 3. I am sending it back. I liked the products ok but some smell strongly of sunscreen and I work inside and don't need sunscreen smell everyday.

I have seriously considered this product, have read great reviews. However reading all the complaints about charges, customer service, wrong products and false leading on charges I'm against trying this. Wish company was more honest.

They screw up up orders. They don't accept responsibility. They Stillkeep charging your account for WEEKS after admitting it was their error. Why can a company take your money instantly, yet take months to return it, even when admitting it was their error? I love the product, but will not deal with this disrespect. Great product. But it doesn't matter. Maybe Christly Brinkly should take more interest in her customers, personally. If you have a good product, market it ethically. I returned the unordered product to them, but they keep charging my account. On phone calls, they keep assuring me that I will get my money back. This is *** service for a many year user. Not my first problem with service, but definitely my last problem! I'm gone.

Meaningful Beauty in Indianapolis, Indiana - I ordered from commercial that included free brush..

and used that web address.. trymb.com/brush It took me there and I ordered. No brush arrived and when I contacted CS they told me I had to order when that commercial was on. I did ...since the brush enticed me to order. I am not getting a brush.. :( Also, their website rarely works for me. I am trying to cancel auto-ship and nothing is working on it. I've had this problem a lot. Do they do something to delay a cancellation so they can send you more product? or are they just very busy? Also, for some reason, my face is more dry since using this...I assume I am probably in the minority for that...not happy. :(

Well don't be too disappointed about not getting the brush, because it SUCKS! The minute you press it to your face, it bogs down and practically STOPS! So consider yourself lucky you didn't have to deal with the aggravation of getting a *** brush!!

I used this for years and loved it. The reason I stopped is because my husband cancelled my autoshipment.

He had no problems cancelling.

Now I'm going to reorder it again. Love this stuff.

Meaningful Beauty in Indianapolis, Indiana - Tried to cancel, keep getting billed

I tried to cancel after the first order, called customer service, the rep. took my info and said it was done. Another bill appeared on my credit card. The rep said, just send the product back and they would credit my credit card. Never received the product or credit. Feb 2014, another bill on my credit card, talked to a supervisor? She saw where I did call to cancel in Jan 2014, she said to just return the product and she would credit my credit card. Seems like a rerun of a bad movie. This company is ripping the consumer off.

Meaningful Beauty in Bloomington, Indiana - Very poor customer service

I Had a very similar experience - I purchased Meaningful Beauty over the phone after watching the TV ad that leads you to believe is what the product costs $39.95. I spoke with a customer service representative who assured me that was the cost and I could cancel at any time. I did not like the product, so I called them to cancel my order and that when they inform me that they will continue to bill me each month thereafter. Both the TV commerial and the customer service reprentatives misled me about that being a one time deal. I did not check the webpage to hunt for fine print. You would expect the customer service representative to inform you about the actual cost of a product. So now I am stuck with having to pay for a product which I do not like!!! This company is obviously not very confident of their products to have to stoop to such deceptive marketing methods. Not a great product and disgusting marketing gimmicks.

Meaningful Beauty is a Scam

I bought the one time package of 59.00/month. Received the products, they did not work with my skin. It gave me acne. No big deal, just won't reorder. Will to my surpise meaningful beauty charged my checking account again this month another 60.00 and when I called their company they told me I had to officially call customer service with 30 days, if I didn't want automatic shipments. This is no where in their advertising. They will not refund my money, until their product arrives at my house, and I reship it back to them. Very unhelpful, very much a scam.

I ordered the one month supply of 49.00/month after it was on TV shopping channel for a couple of times. I checked my MC account and realized that I was charged for 90 days supply a total of 153.84.

I called and talked to 3 different customer rep. each time they hanged up on me. I had to call back again. Replayed my recording machine (this is what I have learned should be done each time you order stuff like that) to prove our conversation and final charges which was promised to me at the time of ordering.

It showed how repeatedly I was asking the final charges to be repeated on the phone. I even warned them that I am recording the conversation to ensure they don’t rip me off. Yet tonight all I heard was “I am sorry the order was taken mistakenly and entered mistakenly all we could do is to cancel and wait for you to return the order and once we receive the shipment we refund your credit card” I don't get it. Why are they trying so hard advertizing the product on TV and begging people to try one month supply to see how great it is if they keep on *** people off right after - to a point that the customer would never ever be considering this product anymore.

I kept telling them that why would not they try to be honest and actually get the customer what they order and this way they may actually stay on the product and even encourage friends and colleagues to try it.????!!!!

DO NOT EVEN TRY TO FALL FOR THEIR TV advertisement SCAM>>> I guarantee you will regret calling them-BIG TIME. I wonder how would Cindy Crawford feels about that???

Meaningful Beauty in Indianapolis, Indiana - Burned My Skin

I bought this product and as it aged the composition must have changed. I used the night cream and my skin burned very badly and then peeled as if I had a bad sunburn. Ironically, I was using this for a wrinkle free complexion and it ended up giving me some. I am unsure how to warn other consumers or even if anyone has had the same experience, because not only did it look bad but it hurt and itched for several weeks. A very horrible experience. This stuff is junk. Please new buyer --be aware the product does not deliver.
