Meaningful Beauty review in Tampa, Florida: Cancellation never takes effect

Meaningful Beauty is a company I wish I had never heard of. My experiences with them has been a nightmare. I have, unsuccessfully, attempted to cancel my subscription three times. The first attempt was within days of receiving the first shipment. I, regrettably, tried the product and it left my face greasy. The second rep said she would gladly refund my money and stop the next shipment. She did not cancel my subscription or refund my money. The last rep "Tammy" said she would do what nobody else had done, actually cancel my subscription. then four days later I see yet another charge on my credit card. I am considering hiring an attorney.

Meaningful Beauty review in Los Angeles, California: Absulute scam, cheap product

As with the other reviews, my experience was the same.Ordered a $90.95 package and canceled 2 months in imminently, because i have read all the reviews on pissedconsumer . com and i knew they scam people but my mom wanted these creams!! so what could i do? I expected just that - the same package on auto-delivery once a month until I canceled. Not so! Their explanation was that I signed up for a $200 package that was parsed out in $90 shipments until fulfilled. I have been charged HUNDREDS of dollars after the cancellation. DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT sign up for any Meaningful Beauty products. Not only is the product very disappointing - they will charge your account REPEATEDLY even after you cancel.I am on the *** of seeking legal recourse.

Meaningful Beauty review in North Las Vegas, Nevada: Crooks

I wasn't aware that when you bought a 30 day supply, you signed up for follow-on shipments of 60-day supplies plus vitamins. When I got another shipment I called the customer service and cancelled the subscription. That was in December. I kept seeing charges to my account so I called back. The rep said that I was charged in 3 installments so my last payment would be March. In May, I checked my account and had been charged in April and May. I called yet again and the rep said that I cancelled the regular meaningful beauty but still got the vitamins. This was NEVER explained to me. Why would I cancel the lotion and still get the vitamins? They are crooks and I can't believe this is allowed to happen. Don't buy this product! It's a horrible practice and are taking hundreds of dollars from us! I said that I had the bottle of vitamins and I would return it. The rep informed me that since it was shipped March 6th, I was 2 days past the 60 day guarantee. Are you freaking kidding me? It hasn't even been opened. I don't know what they put in those vitamins so I have never taken any of them.

Double charged by meaningful beauty

I called the company and ordered one product, the daily moisture cream, on a once off basis. They shipped it and charged my credit card. Two weeks later they charged me again. Now I cannot get hold of anyone regarding a refund. I had used this product before. I did not request a repeat shipment in fact I specifically stressed that I just wanted one shipment. Upon calling the 800 number I was put on hold and transferred around several times. The people I spoke with did not speak English properly. I spent 15 minutes trying to submit a claim on line.z

Meaningful Beauty review in Atlanta, Georgia: DO NOT SIGN UP

I called to put my account on hold which they did. I was told to call back before May 10 to extend the hold if I still didn't want product. SINCE IT DOESN'T WORK, I called on April 23, and told them to extend the hold only so I could keep my insider status. They automatically sent me another order and charged my AmX. So now it's on ME to send it back and get a refund. This company SUCKS! Shame on you Cindy. You slapped your endorsement on this scam and profit off your popularity. You should apologize and stop your ridiculous commercials. Total SCAM.

Meaningful Beauty review in San Angelo, Texas: Just a Mom

I ordered the 30 day supply as advertised with the "free sample" over the Christmas holiday. It took a month to receive the initial product. I didn't even have time to begin using the product before their RIDICULOUS automated shipment started charging my account. OH, and the free product was vitamins, and they IMMEDIATELY started charging me for THOSE as well. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them via email. I managed to cancel the account, but not until they continued to charge and send UNWANTED shipments. Each having to be returned and NEVER refunded. After the FOURTH charge and THRID round of vitamins, I called AGAIN. They informed me that the vitamins and the beauty kit were SEPARATE accounts!! WHAT?? Even though I used THEIR shipping return labels and mailed it the way I was told (via CERTIFIED mail), they claim to have NEVER received the returns. NOW, I'm waiting on an affidavit that I have to sign and return (each way 4-6 weeks delivery) in order to POSSIBLY get my money back. SEVEN charges ranging from $32.94 to 56.64, and she had the nerve to tell me that there was a $55.00 balance on the account. I have used ONE 90 day supply kit. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!

Meaningful Beauty review in Rocky River, Ohio: Scam customer service

Waited 72 hour for your acct to exist in the system and called to cancel ordered then they said the status is pending and wait for the products shipped and then call back in 7-10 business day to get your refund???? Then again they promised this 60 days refund guaranteed with full refund for return products! Can't be trusted if they can refund you the minute you placed the order! If they believed in their products and service why are they trying to hold back your money first and quickly then fully return. Horrible system that they got and trying to make money out of you then having agreat products and business to serve you! Don't paid them! Lesson to learn never place an order from TV commercial again!
