I was super excited to try Meaningful Beauty...I mean who wouldn't be after watching the evil, luring infomercial. So I did it. Even after reading many negative reviews just like this one...I did it. I must say the kit arrived within a few business days and I was happy...

I think Cindy has a beautiful completion , not because of meaningful beauty products, but with a plastic surgeon that gets played handsomely through the money she receives from trusting customers who invested in this product.

Meaningful Beauty - Online Order Review from Harrison, New York

I placed an order and when I went to cancel they said I couldn't even though the infomercial and phone rep stressed it was a money back guarantee and that you could cancel at any time. The customer service I received was horrible even when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I ended up having to call my credit card company and decline the charges. Not sure about the products but it's not worth the stress or hassle!

Meaningful Beauty in Conyers, Georgia - Canceled 8 months ago, but they started billing again

1.0
Details

Update by user Jan 26, 2015

It just keeps getting better...I got a letter from the collection department for Meaningful Beauty today demanding the money for the 2 shipments I never received (but was billed for anyway). I have already had to do 2 charge backs as they billed me last year, then again earlier this month when I disputed the shipment they sent 10 months after cancelling the service. I received and paid for only one shipment from this company, yet have spent countless hours on the phone with their customer service and my credit card company.

Original review posted by user Jan 18, 2015

Not only did a package arrive 8 months after cancelling with no email to notify me, they also recharged for the 2 disputed amounts from last year. I cancelled as soon as I got the merchandise Feb 2014, but was billed for merchandise I never got 2 more times. I disputed the charges and they refunded everything but shipping FOR MERCHANDISE THEY NEVER SET! So I disputed again and had shipping credited. Then I got another shipment in Dec 2014 which I disputed. Now they have rebilled me for the 2 transactions I disputed last year! Now I have 3 transactions on my card for merchandise I never got.

Public Service Announcement 3: Review #577043 - NOT ALL ONLINE COMPANIES DO AS MEANINGFUL BEAUTY DOES

Part 3 - I want to try the Products x 1 mo - but - CANNOT DO IT FOR MEANINGFUL BEAUTY It is my experience that I wish to share that not all online companies prevent you from trying their products. I had purchased some Ovation hair products at the Pomona Fair. Much to my satisfaction, I went online, ordered Holiday packages at a fantastic price for myself and others as gifts AND haven't gotten no a single extra charge from Ovation and not a single email. THEIR PRODUCT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF & WILL REORDER AGAIN WITHOUT CONCERN THAT THERE WILL BE ONGOING CHARGES THAT I DID NOT WANT OR ASK FOR. Amazon charges you for what you order as well and has a great return policy. Your inbox can get filled with ongoing suggestions, but you can EASILY unsubscribed -- only once!!!! --- and the numerous emails stop immediately. COSMETICS - I discovered BareMinerals at the Mall after my 57 min New Years' Meaningless phone call to Meaningful Beauty. Bare Minerals products are FANTASTIC!!!!

Public Service Announcement 3 - Not All Companies try to charge you for UNWANTED PRODUCTS

Part 2: Review #577043 - HOW TO FIGHT MEANINGFUL BEAUTY UNWANTED CHARGES

I wanted to try the product for one month was my first post (1/1/15). What I didn't tell you was "How I stopped this Company from taking advantage of Me". I want you to know that there is something you all can do to stop and protect yourselves from unwanted charges. While still on my New Years' phone call to Meaningful Beauty, I called Wells Fargo Bank whose representative overhead my conversation with the 3rd Meaningful Beauty person that I had cancelled my request to try their product. I informed WFB on the dispute of charges that had been posted BEFORE receipt of any product and within seconds that I found out that the company would charge me for 3 mos. I opened a WFB claim to stop payment to Meaningful Beauty, which they did. I am to monitor my account and if the charge reappears, WFB will reopen my claim. You can try to work with Meaninful Beauty but, at the SAME time, call your credit card company or bank and involve them in your fight against this or any other company charging you for things you no longer want.

My bank was able to credit back the funds to my account because I was able to prove that I returned the products.

Now, I received a letter from a Collection Agency demanding for the same amount of money.

Where can I complain about this?

Meaningful Beauty in Oranjestad, Aruba - Charged my credit card even when product was returned

Tried to cancel and they still kept sending product. I had to cancel my credit card. And I was still sent to collection agency. I like the product. But a little goes a long way and I had so many boxes of product. That's why I wanted to cancel. I still have collection agency sending me letters! I have told them I returned the product. I was told I would have to pay. I'm not sure how to resolve the problem. The company won't talk to me because I was sent to collections. And collections only want me to pay!

Meaningful Beauty in San Clemente, California - Very Difficult to order

Why, why, why don't they just have a site like normal products where you can order WHAT you want, WHEN you want it. Why do they rope you into auto shipments??? I actually love ONE of their products and would order again and again if I could. But it's so darn difficult. They made me order 3 at a time AND put it on auto shipment the first time, then the second time I ordered the 3, but now can't seem to do the same thing with ease. I have to call and "talk" to somebody. Other companies have lovely websites where you go and pick what you want. Come on people, get with the 21st century. WHO decided this was good? Fire them.

Meaningful Beauty in Phoenix, Arizona - Wrinkley ripoff

cancelled orders but was charged anyways,. The product isn't even all that great and really not good enough to charge what they are charging people. I was in accident and broke both ankles and I can't work and havent for 8 months and now I am told I owe 2 payments of 49.95. I want my money back. I called and told the person within the trial time that I wanted out of the deal. and when I put in the order to try your product I plain as day told the girl on phone I do not want any extra product that would have to be sent back if I didnt want to continue with your creams. Not only did she put in for what I requested I was to recieve special free gifts one being the scrubber I thought the other was the travel size set. So now I am told even though I said and check your tapes I said send no extra stuff that will need to be sent back . please get back to me. Colinda Davis
