Meaningful Beauty won't clear a charge

I ordered the sample kit from Meaning Beauty which sets up a shipment every 3 months. After the first 125.50 I canceled my account. I received another set for 125.50 and sent it back. A month later, I got a bill in the mail stating I owed the 125.50. I called and was told that they did get the product back and it would be credited and I shouldn't receive another bill. The next month I got the same bill saying I owed them. Called AGAIN and was told the same story...I would be credited the amount. The following month I not only got another bill, but now they were sending me to collections. Yet, another phone call reassuring it was taken care of and i should not get any more bills form them. It is now November and I just received another collections bill!!!! To say I am pissed is so understating how I feel. The time I have spent on the phone with this company I not only feel they need to fix the bill but they should have to pay me $125.50!! ugh

Meaningful beauty complaint

I made the mistake of ordering this product, before looking at reviews. Since I have sensitive skin, I decided to cancel the order 5 minutes later. The customer service person said they could not cancel, even when the ordered had not been even charged yet. So I talk to Adam at the helpdesk, who wasn't any help either. I don't want this product and now am afraid they won't refund me, and will continue to charge me. I notified my credit card company, but they won't dispute the charge until I receive it and send it back. I don't feel this is honest, and I won't deal with this company again. Please be careful.

Meaningful beauty is a scam

This was probably the worse scam I fell for not only does it not work but kept sending me stuff after I canceled and charging my credit card and would not remove the charges. THEY ARE SCAMS!!! I called several times to get this problem resolved but of course you talk to several different people and everyone of them tell you something different. I truely would not recommend this to anyone. We all know Cindy Crawford has had plastic surgery to look like she does. Just a way to get violable women like me to spend our hard earned money.... melissa

Another chapter in the Meaningfull beauty customer scam.. Got he product,returned it,got proof of delivery back to them and...OH!!!! SURPRISE they claim they don't have it.They DEMAND proof of delivery,proof of postage return,proof of this and that. Who are these people??They think that all customes are crooks..well,it takes one to know one as they say. Don't blame the customer service people,they ONLY do as they are told.This company SUCKS big time. I order goods frome evreyhere from my hometown to China...never had such a poor(sic) record. Guess I made a mistake to deal with such a #@^&*^% company

Meaningful Beauty review in Indianapolis, Indiana: Burned My Skin

I bought this product and as it aged the composition must have changed. I used the night cream and my skin burned very badly and then peeled as if I had a bad sunburn. Ironically, I was using this for a wrinkle free complexion and it ended up giving me some. I am unsure how to warn other consumers or even if anyone has had the same experience, because not only did it look bad but it hurt and itched for several weeks. A very horrible experience. This stuff is junk. Please new buyer --be aware the product does not deliver.

Meaningful Beauty - Recurring Charges Scam

Like others here, I have been a victim of MB's system of recurring charges and sending shipments after I sent my cancellation request. I have been charged $250 for what I thought was a $39.95 offer. Furthermore, I get a different and inadequate answer from every customer service rep I've talked/e-mailed with (since August and it is now Nobemver). I am incredibly frustrated, dissapointed and angry. I have been victimized and have had no ability to protect myself, and no opportunity/availble method for reparation. I will never purchase anything from MB, Proactive, Cindy Crawford, or associated brands again.

Have you tried disputing the charges with your bank? If you show them the cancellation request, they should replace the charges that have been erroneously taken from your account and they will pursue reimbursement from the company.

I LOVED SEVERAL PIECES HOWEVER THEIR BILLING WAS NON PROFESSIONAL ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT CINDY HAS ATTACHED HER NAME TO THIS ! by the way i have never a complaint online before. Ordered and received products and few days later was charged again. I called to cancel because I did not know I signed up for recurring billing (I did not authorize) and was told they could not stop second shipment and after I returned product, at my own expense, they would submit a refund that would take 6-8 weeks. Then two weeks later I was charged again!!!!!!!!! I called and they said I had not canceled and I went crazy and told them they stealing, just taking money out of my account whenever they feel like it. I was told today a refund has been issued but who knows if I will ever get it. I am calling bank to stop anymore withdrawls. And oh yeah, products are no better than drugstore stuff. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM

Meaningful Beauty Scam

Please know once you sign up for 1 order of Meaningful Beauty they will send a second order at three times the price. If you send the product back they will claim they did not get it and still charge you for it. You will also have to call and cancel at least three time before they really cancel your account and stop charging you. They will steal your money. Do not sign up for it. Trust the reviews. It's not worth the headache. The product itself caused my skin to breakout. So, even the actual product is not good.

Since Jan 2012. Order receives in good and settle with check in full. Special request do not keep my credit card nos... due to a few incidents they charge my cards without permission! Recently...I call to re-order my tailor 8 items; products on Sep 6th, I call a on Sep 10, 11 to ensure my products are on they way and right address. They told me everything are in order and I should have my products by Sep 13th. Sep 13th, call they mentioned the shipment returned to sender due to my address was not available. Ask why they cannot explain. The manager told me he will reorder and send again. As I check and call them on Oct 3rd, they mentioned they cannot find my order again... they do not know why. They promised to re-order again. I told them...I am really running out of products please do something by expedite the products. No way they can do it. The same Manager promised to re-order for me again. Guest what my credit card was charge a small amount? I was shocked & call them ask why they cannot explain. Time gone by I call on Oct 17th...ask for my products. They commented no sign of my 8 items on their system. They apologize again and will re-order again...and they cannot expedite shipment. My patient run out and by Oct 27th, 2012...I do not receives my 8 products... I will bid Meaningful Beauty farewell for good...you are not the only company out there who supple face products. Do something about it ...before you lost all of them...wake up! Conclusion... nobody care & no one knows want is going on in the operation..."staff is blur... blur"! Do you know why so many company cannot make $$$, because the owner allows the agent to do whatever they want and no customer services at all & it is out of control in this case! People working in Meaningful beauty just not competent & no systems besides just charges customer card...after so many complaints in these pages ...anyone care after all!!!
