Participant not happy that amount of gift card showed up for public view
I am the organizer of a Meal Train. One of our participants signed up for a Gift Card for the recipient.
The participant's name AND amount of gift card showed up under Recent Activity on our Meal Train page. The participant is embarrassed that the amount showed up that everyone going into the Meal Train Page can see it.
How can this amount be removed from the Recent Activity section? I have contacted the Gift Card Shop and they suggested contacting Meal Train Customer Service.

Waiting to hear back from customer service. It's been 3 months since the gift card was sent to me with a pin number that had already been used. Can you tell me what else I need to do to get this matter resolved?
My name is Diane Listy. My friend bought me a gift card on September 13th through Mealtrain.
The PIN number for the gift card has already been used. It was $50 for DoorDash. I've contacted Giftcardshop & DoorDash and they referred me to Mealtrain. My friend is out $50 and I never got the gift card to use after my surgery.
Can you please send me a new DoorDash card with a PIN number that's usable? If you can't, please refund the money to my friend, Emily Menswar.
