- Frequent Meadowhall shopper notes a white piano outside the now-closed Debenhams upstairs; it was unlocked and playable once, then locked again.

To whom it may concern
I am a frequent shopper at meadowhall and have noticed for quite some time a white piano placed outside the now closed Debenhams store upstairs. On one occasion I found it was unlocked and was so happy to be able to play the piano.
When I revisited meadowhall I found it was again locked. Is the general public allowed to unlock and play the piano? If your response is no, the public can not play the piano, why is it in a busy shopping centre?
And who is allowed to play it?
I hope you will get back to me so I can stop coming to look each time I visit. I'll just carry on with my day.
