Public piano enquiry

To whom it may concern I am a frequent shopper at meadowhall and have noticed for quite some time a white piano placed outside the now closed Debenhams store upstairs. On one occasion I found it was unlocked and was so happy to be able to play the piano. When I revisited meadowhall I found it was again locked. Is the general public allowed to unlock and play the piano? If your response is no, the public can not play the piano, why is it in a busy shopping centre? And who is allowed to play it? I hope you will get back to me so I can stop coming to look each time I visit. I'll just carry on with my day. Kindest regards Mrs Nazia Mahmood

Wrong price on hand bag

i picked up a hand bag with a price tag on it at £95.00 when I got to the till I was told sorry the bag is priced up wrong it's £210.00. I said no it priced at £95.00 and that's what I want to I was refused buy the Meadowhall shop Sheffield to sell me it at that price by the sales assistant she went to ask the manager of the shop and they said no as well Am sure they had to sell it me at the price it was marked up at am I right
