i order an item on December 22, 2017, and i supposed to received the on January 2, 2017. FedEx suppose to deliver it to me.

and, they decide to send to the United State Post Office, i have to call the company for asking the tracking number for the post office. i was pissed off. that i find out in the last time. i have to call the company to ask for assist.

and they tell me, they could not do anything. the toll free number and the name of company. Name of the company: Mead West Vaco , somewhere in Richmond, Va.
