M'Dear's poor ethics and customer service

On 9/1/2017 @ 10pm. Purchased an Oxtail dinner worth $16.95 advertised as tender and falling off the bone was tough and I was unable to eat. I called and spoke with Stephanie and was told to return my plate. My total bill was over $80.00. On 9/2/2017 approx. 1pm, I brought back the oxtails and waited over 30 minutes for a response by the owner via phone through employee Stephanie. I was not given a refund or any meal of equal value. Stephanie told me that I would get $5.00 off my next purchase. This owner has no ethics or customer service. She takes from her customers with no appreciation or loyalty.
