They did not install our heating/cooling correctly.
MD Repair in Oak Grove MO put in a new heating/cooling system. It was not done correctly and in 18 months we had to call them 4X because of the furnance. They also state they have 24/7 hour service which they do not. They apparently do not know what that means that when you call the phone will be answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It does not mean leave a message and we will call you back when we want to. The owner is rude and obnoxius. I am in the process of talking to a TV station to have them investigated for their business ethics. I do not recommend this company because you will live to regret it.

Did not follow through on customer service
MD Repair - Do not use them! We had a new furnace/air conditioning installed in June of 09 and they have been out here 4 times for repairs. They do not care about you once they have your money. There is no excuse that when you spend over $9000. for a product that anyone should have to come out 4 times in 20 months for repairs. They act like you are bothering them when you call. Their business cards offer 24 hour emergency service, but they do not provide it. Just didn't want anybody to go through what we did.

MD Repair
:) M.D Repair has been so kind to my family over the years, they always treat me with respect and when ever I have needed their services in hard times they are always willing to work with me. They have done many community services in our town of Oak Grove and have always put their best foot foreword to help anyone in need.
I do not believe one bad experience by one customer can tell you what kind of company they truly are.
In my 40 years of living I have seen good and bad people and I will stand by my words when I say M.D is an honest company with employees with big hearts!!!! 8)
I do not believe this is true by any means. This company has great customer service and have always been there when we needed them.
