Part never shipped

purchased and billed for part ordered on line. After a week asked for tracking #. Was informed they didnt have the part nor could they get it. Now I have to try and get a refund. R. Kas

After 2 weeks of jacking me around

Ordered ,paid , waited , called , waited longer ,called again & was lied to again, called again waited , they canceled my order ........... wrote a review on facebook describing my experience @ m & d mowers & appliances in Bedford Ohio ,it wasn't 2 hours they responded .... of coarse it was something I did Wrong .......gees i could only wish m & d mower was that on top of my order ..... maybe we wouldn't have to write this review on a poor experience trying to buy lawn mower parts from m& d mower in Bedford ohio... a big F U to the poeple @ m & d mowers in Bedford Ohio for making me wait 2 weeks & then C A N C E L I N G my mower parts order hope this review alerts potential customers that m & d mower parts in berford Ohio was not kind to me after I paid & waited for my mower parts to be shipping only to be informed via email that m & d mower parts in bedford Ohio canceled my order

Robin 4033 ignition coil

This coil will not function in a craftsman engine made by ROBIN NB04. #4033 Craftsman sold the machines under its own name. CRAFTSMAN P/N 114********. No one has it. This coil is not electronic and requires ignition points. Probably 1980 era. Robin has stopped making the correct coil and the replacement that you need is also no longer made. None of the hardware to create breaker points is available either. You might be able to make it work if you have already bought the coil by looking online for a point replacement system. $10.00 to $12.00 ( Briggs and Stratton) .Not sure if it will work , i also have been caught up in this ,but i,m away from home and won,t know for a few months. Other companies also make breaker point replacement electronics. approx $10.00

The 4033 coil is not a solid state coil and therefore needs breaker points.

The solid state coil is not made anymore.

M&D Mower Parts Ordering - What a disaster

I called on a Saturday, August 13, 2016. with the manufacturers part number. The guy looked up the number, provided mt the price, $7 or so. I told him I wanted to order it. He came up with endless reasons why he could not order it. First he said it would take 3 weeks to get. I said, OK, no problem. Then he said its Saturday and implied ordering parts on Saturday is not good, as the 'warehouse' is closed. Then he said it could take 3 months to get the part. I finally said I understood what was going on and politely hung up. I googled the part number and bought it on line. I'll never offer my business to M&D.

M&D Mower charges fee but doesn't deliver

I placed an order with M&D Mower and Appliance on July 31, 2012. M&D charged my credit card immediately, so I assumed the order was being filled and shipped. After not receiving the product for 7-10 days I called to check on the status of the order. I was told the product was back-ordered but that the order should be filled soon. I repeated this process 3-4 times over the next 5-6 weeks! On September 10th Rick finally told me there was not even an ETA for them receiving a part I ordered. I never received anything from this company. I told Rick to cancel the order and credit my credit card. As of today the credit still has not showed up online. When I called M&D again to request a credit they were hostile and told me they were going to charge me a re-stocking fee--for SOMETHING THEY NEVER SHIPPED!!! I'm a business owner. M&D breaks every concept of customer service I've ever heard of or used in my business. I will never use them again. A business wouldn't have as many complaints as this company has online without there being some serious issues with the company.

They have done me the same exact way. I am cutting losses and giving up to order from other source.

I'm not a business but I won't be ordering from them anymore. I guess their price can be cheaper since they never ship it anyway

HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE AND RUDE

I talked to someone there named Kathy about parts for my snow-blower. What a rude woman.

How any company can hire someone like this in customer service is beyond comprehension. She was yelling at me because I didn't have the part number and she would have to do a little work and look up my parts by model number. Needless to say I went elsewhere to get my parts. Unbelievably rude, condescending person.

If you want to be treated poorly and talked down to-call this company. I suggest you go elsewhere.
