Took my car in for recall on flexible brake lines..I got the car and the brake pedal went to the floor...To stop I had to pump the brake pedal 3 to4 times to have brakes! I call the service writer and was told to bring the car in at 8AM.the next day.Took the car back and it is 3 days later and I have no car and cannot get the service writer to call me back after leaving 2 messages asking about the car.I had to rent a car at $101.00+ daily and I am disabled ans on S.S.
and a small pension...I can't afford much more of this.It seems to me, that the service dept and the service writer flat don't give a d*** about my financial situation and they don't seem to care if I get my car back in a timely manor either.
If you need Ford repairs...good luck if you go to McRee. I hope they treat you better than thy did me.

Horrible Service

I had a horrible experience at McRee Ford. My truck was in there for 3 week they never once called to update me.
After two week I started calling every day, it was always promised it would be ready the next day. This whole time they charged me for a rent a car witch totaled $852.00. Finally when it was ready I took my truck and three days later the same transmission problem started happening again. This time I took it to another dealership, there is no way the Customer Service can be this bad at the new dealership.
I have had many Ford vehicles, and most of the dealers I have dealt with have gone out of their way to try and help customers, and to solve customer problems.
This is not how I felt at McRee. I would highly recommend that you go to another dealer, especially if you have warranty work.

Over the last 5 years I have dealt with McRee Ford service center on 3 occasions. Eventually the work gets done OK but my frustration level is always maxed.
Twice I have had mulitple service requests and only part of the work gets done. I was pissed each time I left McRee.
Today, Saturday, July 14, 2012, I had an 8AM appointment for A/C work. It is now almost 5 hours past my appointment and nothing has been done. What is most annoying is that I don't even get a straight answer as to why my appointment (made on Monday July 9th) did not result in my appointment at 8AM being honored. Even doctors don't make you wait this long.
McRee has several service reps who do nothing except blow smoke up you know what.
