Columbus, OH
Eight hours the first time. Now, working on seven hours today, and counting. Came in at 1030am for diag for battery and also a PM. Diag was ok.
Was told PM would take three hours. After one hour, I saw my truck wasn't pulled in with no one ahead of me. I asked if it was done since it was sitting by a fence. Was then told a tech had to come in at 330pm to do the PM.
It was just after 2pm. I asked can I go and check into my hotel room, which was 10 miles away. They said yes, but make sure I'm back by 330pm or the next truck would go ahead of mine. I went and came back by 320pm.
I told them at 320pm I was back. So I'm waiting and waiting. I then noticed my truck still sitting. I asked what was up, and was told they put another truck in front of mine.
Althewhile, a couple that came in two hours after me had just got their truck released to them. Then finally after I brought it to their attention that I knew what was taking place, they immediately decide to bring my truck in. Still took up to 10 minutes later for them to. Poor customer service.
I've been to McMahon in Indianapolis, and they were much better. Plus the building is very old and they need to build a new facility. It's very hot today, and I had to stand outside under the shade because the ac in the waiting room doesn't work, and hasn't been according to the employees. So why not get it fixed.
The furniture we're expected to sit on is old and very dirty. They had loud large barking dogs from customers coming in for service on both visits.
A more than horrible experience. Won't be back again for sure.
Preferred solution: Employee reprimand
