Wasted my time

This place is a joke! First, I was scheduled a first time visit.

No one showed up, no one called, nothing. And I broke important plans to attend this scheduling. So, I texted him. He rescheduled for the next day.

Next day comes, he's late of course. And when he comes, doesn't do much inspecting. I explain the problem to him, and he looks dumbfounded. I gave him an alcohol wipe with a few of the specimens on it.

He said there was an etymologist on site that they will inspect it and get back to me the next day. That was Wednesday. Come Friday, I called him twice and texted him twice. No answer.

No call back--nothing. So, I wrote some reviews. The management replied and suggested I send my contact info to them so they can see what is going on. That was 4 days ago.

Not a word. They just wanted to make themselves seem professional.

I'm here to tell you if you need an exterminator, do not call these clowns.

This business is unreliable, unprofessional, liars, bigots, homophobic, and racist. Do not waste your time on this 'place of business' it is a joke!!
