Bad smell from tool belt
Called your company and they advised me to take it back to Home Depot grab my receipt and wasted time and fuel going there got up to counter told lady my story how bad the tool belt smelled she say well it looks used and they will not allow me to return hello a tool belt is meant to be worn on your waste left store drove all the way back home accomplished nothing

I recently bought a pair of knee pads in your brand. I have worn them for just over 3 months.
Maybe even less. The darn things are falling apart at the seams and near the Velcro strap. I think this is not acceptable. How can we make this right?
I still need to wear them, but maybe I'll move to another brand. I'll decide that based on your company response.
