AI Highlights
  • - Knee pads tear at seams and near Velcro after about 3 months.
  • - This is unacceptable.
  • - They may switch brands depending on the response.

I recently bought a pair of knee pads in your brand. I have worn them for just over 3 months.

Maybe even less. The darn things are falling apart at the seams and near the Velcro strap. I think this is not acceptable. How can we make this right?

I still need to wear them, but maybe I'll move to another brand. I'll decide that based on your company response.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: Do not buy
