- - Gary corrected the credit card charge and Lucas was polite and professional.
Rented a scissor lift. Day 1 promised it that day from Courtney did not show up until the next day.
Credit card totally screwed up by Michelle. Thankfully Gary went above and beyond to make sure it was charged correctly. The next week a driver showed up for pickup and was informed nobody had called it off. Thanks again Courtney.
The driver who did deliver and pick up was totally polite and professional. His name is Lucas. Gary did say there is a manager on site named Eric. My guess he might just be a picture on the wall because even the dumbest manager should know how screwed up his organization is.
