Two terrible sales agents to start
- - The first agent was rude.

the 2nd sales agent lied to me, but the financial department was better. Also the 1st agent I called before coming was rude and I just came there to tell them about her then they assigned me to the 2nd sales agent, and she lied me too about specs and prices...then i spent 3 hours with the financial department.
I love the car, but so disappointed with the service and lies... I brought the RZ450e under false pretenses.

They are liars Westmont Lexus is the worst dealership to buy a car from, there timing is off I will be putting this in the newspaper and on the news they dont know how to treat or talk to there customers. I was late for work waiting on a loaner just to hear them tell me that they did not have any when I counted six of them

For starters, they advertise that they, "would bring the car to you if need be"!!! NOT the case at ALL, I had to drive over an hour (it was a Fri.
in "Chicago Traffic", so it was more like 2 hours!!!). McGrath pulled a "Bait & Switch", but not in regards to the vehicle... but the Car Salesman!!!
MY USAA "Certified Car Buying" Salesman/Representative (who "somehow" sent me a "Confermation E-Mail"), was SUPPOSED to be Joe Mallet... come to find out, Joe Mallet WASN'T even employed by McGrath Lexus of Westmont at the time of my purchase!!!
Instead, I get the Greasiest, Slim ball of a Car Salesman (Gary Fuller) in his place!!!
He DIDN'T even know how to submit the "Certified Dealer Check Form from USAA" (a HUGE Red Flag, I know). Gary Fuller EVEN had me call USAA for him & then got on the phone to have USAA "walk him through" the process!!! Gary Fuller is NO longer employed at McGrath Lexus of Westmont, but that's NOT the point!!! The point is, McGrath Lexus of Westmont knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they put the vehicle on the USAA Certified Car Buying website (3 days after purchasing it from an Auction mind you), & got away with ripping off a Veteran of the Armed Forces!!!
You CAN'T get ANY lower than that!!!
I have been looking for a similar vehicle since I purchased this vehicle from McGrath Lexus of Westmont, & my word of advise to ANYONE who enters McGrath Lexus of Westmont is... TURN AROUND & GET BACK INTO YOUR CAR!!!
