Very disappointing experience at MAC Fitness. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all, especially the boy at the reception, whose behavior was rude and disrespectful.
Because of his attitude, I decided not to register my name and did not continue with the membership.
There was poor communication, no proper guidance, and I felt ignored as a customer.
The gym did not match what was promised and felt disorganized. I am not satisfied and would not recommend this place to anyone.

informationen wie die vertragsnummer werden nicht zuverlässig übermittelt, e-mails kommen nicht an, und die online-app bzw. das konto sind schwer zugänglich.
dies führt zu unnötigem aufwand und frustration für kunden, auch wenn die mitarbeiter selbst ihren job gut machen.

Dear McFeet Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to explain a problem I have had with my McFeet card since my initial registration in July 2024. Unfortunately, my card stopped working after only two weeks of use.
During that time, I went to the gym regularly for the first two weeks, but then, for the following two weeks, the card stopped functioning.
I showed my card to one of your staff members at the gym, who tried to check it. He told me that the card itself was fine but that he did not know why it wasnt working. He advised me to contact McFeet directly.
Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact McFeet by email and phone, but I never received a response. Later, I received a message asking me to change my bank account information, but I decided not to proceed with any payments before resolving the card issue.
I believe it would only be fair to fix the problem first before continuing any billing.
Recently, I noticed that I have been charged through Debin for an amount exceeding 300, which I cannot afford to pay, especially since I was unable to use the gym because of this technical issue which was beyond my control.
Therefore, I kindly ask that you review my situation and consider a reasonable solution.
I would be willing to pay for the period I actually used the service, or perhaps one or two months, as a gesture of good faith. Once the issue with my card is resolved, I would like to reactivate my membership and continue with a new contract.
I truly appreciate your understanding and hope we can find a fair and amicable resolution soon.

I registered with McFIT about a year or so ago and then I relocated from my area to a new place suddenly I went to the closest mcfit gym and they said my name is not in their system they cant find my name and more over I have to re register so I chose not to go for training again till am ready and work also permits me . Then all of a sudden I started getting this mail from a company claiming they are debt collectors and I have to pay some amount that keeps on increasing because I didnt pay mcfit per our contract. How do I pay for something that they couldnt even find my name in the system?
