Information About contract
I had knee surgery and I need to stop visiting your gym..I forgot to pay my monthly contract and now I got letter from you that I need to pay it by 10days which was 4 days ago but I only read it now because I was in Germany. Now Im not in the good money position and I can pay it all by 10.5.2025 is it okay with you..
I dont want any problems . Please contact me anytime thank you

Difficulty getting contact
The problem was that the website was faulty and I was unable to fill in a contract form. I couldn't find a phone number.

Issue with my subscription
I registered with McFIT about a year or so ago and then I relocated from my area to a new place suddenly I went to the closest mcfit gym and they said my name is not in their system they cant find my name and more over I have to re register so I chose not to go for training again till am ready and work also permits me . Then all of a sudden I started getting this mail from a company claiming they are debt collectors and I have to pay some amount that keeps on increasing because I didnt pay mcfit per our contract. How do I pay for something that they couldnt even find my name in the system?
