Rcvd email order shipped 03/01/2024. Rcvd another 03/05/2024 saying a label is prepared waiting for product in Las Vegas FedEx.
I need some answers as to when the toy will arrive, please. Declanstone2@***.com rcvd the FedEx tracking number.

I pre-ordered and paid for my order in November, and was told the order would ship in December. Everyone I know who placed the same order received theirs weeks ago.
I've emailed mulitiple times and only get clearly automated responses about a "high volume of new orders". Isn't the point of a pre-order to get something ahead of any new orders? Why are new orders being fulfilled before a pre-order that's already been paid for?
This lack of communication regarding my order is ridiculous. I will definitely be telling other collectors to never bother pre-ordering anything from McFarlane Toys Store since apparently it doesn't make a difference as to being able to receive anything ahead of time.

Verified Reviewer | North Haven, ConnecticutPurchased several hundred dollars worth of items and when they arrived items were warped and bent. Sent pictures to customer service and they wrote me back telling me to fix them myself.
Expensive shipping - Large box of items shipped to me that arrived with a single cheap piece of packing tape that was ripped open. I initially suspected a theft attempt and was shocked and frustrated to see the lack of tape for such a large box shipped across the country.
Inside I found items that were bent and when I emailed customer support with pictures they ignored the packing and shipping issue and told me to return one item. When I sent them pictures of other items with the same defective damage, they admitted all the items in house were damaged and no longer would accept the initial return offer and told me to fix the item myself. No respect for their customer or the customer's experience. Purchase your items with a company that appreciates their customers.
They have no number for their customer service, only email... that speaks volumes about how they feel about customer service and customer satisfaction.

Action figure cannot stand and poorly put together
Ive brought two figures from company and they cannot stand on their own when placing them down. The feet won't allow the figures to stand on own and the body is a little cheaply made the keep the figure to stand on its own
