I have had no complaint. My contact with you resulted from my attempt to contact the publisher -- which assistance you graciously and professionally supplied.
Yes, as a result of whatever intermediary work you did, I did receive an email at the end of last week providing me with an email address through which they said I could directly contact the author.
When I have completed my due diligence, I do plan to contact Mr. Alexander concerning his excellent history of the Northwest Ordinance.
I might also add, that the biographical information which I expected from his primary publisher was found via the authors' section of Amazon.com.
Consequently, I have ordered and am awaiting delivery of the Mr. Alexander's book.

McFarland published two of my books and only issued one royalty check and claimed that I was harassing them when I tried to find out through very civil communication why I had not received more.book boo
