A car got sold while I was on my way to look at it, but it was no big deal they since hadn't promised to hold it. A few days later Ryan Livesay called me and said the financing fell through on the first car and this time he promised to hold the car for me "in back" until I drove the 45 minutes to get there after work. He never said anything about putting money down. I arrived and waited for fifteen minutes. When Ryan finally got to me, he said it had been sold again. Linda Morrison, Customer Care Specialist, offered an apology, but I'm still getting emails from Ryan trying lure me back.
