CI received the wrong sandwich. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe but received a Bacon quarter cheese with no onion. Not what I ordered and it was dry and I didnt like it.

I bought the McCrispy 2/$6.00 and was charged 1.00 for the mayo to be added to the dry sandwich. I can understand changing for cheese and veggies but .50 each sandwich for mayo is going a bit over board when the sandwich should have some kinda sauce or mayo on it other wise the sandwich or dry. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I received my refund after getting out of character I just will not be returning to this McDonald's. I don't expect rudeness from anyone when I'm spending my money.

My husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches that were less than $4.00. First we had to wait for about 10 minutes. That was crazy due to being the second person in line then went to get a refund, the manager didn't want to give me a refund and was very rude. I will NEVER go to this McDonald's ever again..I will not recommend it to anyone Angry

ordered 2 bacon QPC meals plus 1 - 6 Mcnuggets with lg fries. was informed NO soda was available.I asked what options were available then chose 2 shakes and 1 water with senior discount. At window I complained that I should not be charged for the drinks since they are suppose to be included in meal and THEY substituted an optional beverage that I really didnt want. Employee said she didnt know how and that she couldnt remove the drinks. Then didnt give the senior discount. It was their fault that soda was unavailable so should have a discount price on meals or no extra charge for OPTIONS given.

My food was wrong & cold! I spoke with the manager and let her know I don't mind waiting for FRESH FOOD.

She pulled her up I waited 4 mins only got it to be wrong again! This time I went in and to get manager head an attitude because I used my points to get free food, so I guess she thinks I don't have to get fresh food since I didn't quite pay for it! She made an employee take care of me instead, which is NOT professional in my opinion. The 3rd time my food came out I guess there were fed up and tired of making the same thing over again that my hot & spicy was HARD as a rock and I asked the employee why was it like that he said because of the cooking oil !

I've worked at McDonald's for 5 years and I know that cant be the case ! They left my hot & spicy in there too long ! Over all this was the WORST experience I've had, and I come here literally EVERYDAY I work at Walmart across the street, so I come here for breakfast and lunch they should know my order by now I get the same thing EVERY DAY ! I also called the phone and nobody was answering, I even pulled back up while calling and walked in and noticed they didn't even care to answer the phone !

That morning crew mid-afternoon crew them girls deserve a raise they go above and beyond to ensure my order is complete now I'm a person that come every single day my grandson is 8 years old and that's all he loves is McDonald's I spend $20 a day and give every one of them employees a raise. The supervisors Ms Sandra, Ariel I love them they know my white truck when I pull up I love both Quad City locations 11th Street Rock Island and also the 30th Street location y'all need to give them people a raise they both go above and beyond ask them about Miss Shirley she come every day and Jennifer at the 30th Street location my goodness even the owners they greet you, with the smile they're getting there and get them orders out just like the employees I like both Rock Island locations and they all deserve a raise

So on February the 23rd, I've walked into the McDonald's downtown East in Pennsylvania and when I proceeded to walk and there was a worker standing there. With her back to me and as she turned around and asked me. How could I help you? And I told her that I forgot my granddaughter soda. She took a tissue and started blowing her nose in front of me, and then she turned her back to me and just kept blowing her nose Folded the tissue And kept blowing . Then she took the tissue and Twisted and put it inside her nose put the tissue in her hand and then reached up and touched the buttons that the other co-workers are gonna touch. She went around the corner. Put the tissue in a garbage and I guess. She went to wash her hands. But I still have a problem with that. Because you're sitting there blowing your nose at the front counter in front of the fry machine where People's food is and then I asked another co-worker of hers. What was her name and she gave me an attitude and said. I can't give you her name but she went to wash her hands. I said, but that's not okay to do. Not to mention doing that in front of Customers, and I wasn't the only one in there. But I was the only one who had enough nerve to say something.
