My experience with Tim McCullough was absolutely horrible. I have seen many promises made and many broken.

The many broken promises and outrageous claims made by McCullough have resulted in so many people losing their cases and paying out for the other side’s legal bills and costs. I wish that all of these poor people had actually done some background research. Had they done that, they would have found Legal Malpractice Complaints, past bankruptcies and online reviews, which are mostly negative. However, this guy claims that all of this negative stuff that came from the public record is nothing more than “new” and “fake”.

However, interestingly the bad reviews actually started in 2012 with a lot of very unhappy former clients who lost their cases.

The first bad review I found is on and still posted from the website lawyerratingz.com was posted in 2012. The review is remarkably similar to all the other bad reviews about troubled Orlando Lawyer Tim McCullough. I have uploaded this post so everyone can verify for themselves when the bad reviews started. Here is the repost of the 2012 review:

“We as well as many others hired Tim to represent us in a real estate fraud case.

This was based on a communication letter he sent us saying “You may sue under the Interstate Land Sale Full Disclosure Act , for fraud, negligence, breach of contract and various other laws which protect individuals from being deceived.” We (as well as many others) believed in Tim’s story and his ability to take on this case and represent us in full force or at least as he said he would if necessary. Without going into the disappointing details, Tim’s representation of us was EXTREMELY poor, lacked follow through and his communication through this process was absolute minimal. At this point, we were not only scammed by a fraudulent real estate developer, but also by an ambulance chaser attorney.”

When you hire a lawyer, do your due diligence and don’t fall for the BS.

We were directly solicited by letter from this firm and it's partner Timothy McCullough who is the older lawyer in the firm. So we get a letter from this guy who says we have been scammed and abused by the developer of the community we live in and we have a right to sue for damages under Florida law.

He also told us that he had insider details of the fraud and that he was prepared to try this case and that he felt so sorry for the little guy getting crushed by these big bad developers. Shockingly, until I got the letter, I actually thought that nothing happened at all between us and the developer. Well guess what? We lost the case and there actually was nothing going on and this shyster of lawyer was so full ***.

Back to when we signed on though, this guy stopped telling us what was going on once he got our check...imagine that??!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys and don't make the same very expensive mistake that we and others have made and paid dearly for.

We WERE a client of Tim's as well and we lost our case big time. It all started off the same way as other people have experienced where he introduces himself and says he has uncovered a massive fraud with some developer and he has a sure fire case for us to win and that he has inside info and proof that he has uncovered.

He even goes on to say that he is our champion and feels so sad for us. It all sounded really good until about halfway through the case, his stuff was just NOT adding up. So, we kept going with this because he is soooooo persuasive and it appears that maybe that we and other clients are getting it wrong. Well, that was not the case.

Tim neglected to tell us that he was not kicking *** in the court room, but it was the other way around. We hired another lawyer to review our position and was shocked to find out we were going to lose the case.

We started digging in the public records in Orange County (Orlando) and found this malpractice case against him that he lost that was identical to ours! I have posted this complaint so no one else makes the same mistake we did!

I have seen many bad things against this lawyer who make many claims to have much evidence to win cases. Win cases he does not and says many things over and overs to convince person of what he says he can do.

I am showing no trusts in anything this bad lawyer speaks upon me. I have seen him not win anything he claims.

I would not give this lawyer $1 who should be working as a transport lawyer handling parking tickets. He is no good to me or my family anymore

Watch out before you pick a lawyer for your case, always! He took our money, he lied to us, lied to the judges, and we lost the case...after that he blamed the judges again.

Once we asked some friends about the costs of his services, and we found out that he overcharged us, anyway we lost the case. So, we called his office 2 months ago and guess what? Nobody picked up the phone. So we checked the web, and we found certain information about him.

Very very slow lawyer with a very bad habit - lying to its clients! Loser!

I don't know what I should add first and what is worse, the fact that he is making up some conspiracy theories of how he has a lot of information, and he has a lot of connections? First thing, when you meet this lawyer is that you get an image of a real professional.

Not true! Not true at all! We have had with lawyers similar to Tim! We were clients to Tim about a certain sensitive to us case!

I and my wife spent fortune on this guy and other researches about the case, which he claimed that are of a critical need and only for what? We lost the case! And we were guaranteed about his expertise in real estate. Never again!

The worst part is that, the judge disclaimed the evidence and the researches - according to Tim. It is bizarre!

This guy is one of the worst lawyers I have ever seen. To start with, he lies to his clients as easily as it is to breathe.

He lied to us about our case and how it was a guaranteed win! Guess what? Total loss. What he did not tell us is what little research he actually did and when we brought in a family friend to listen on what he was telling us, our friend was shocked at what he was hearing as well.

Our lawyer friend is with a big firm and he told us that Tim McCulough could not have been any more wrong and was lying to us about everything. Additionally, we were shocked to find that he had malpractice complaints against him for other cases that he lost that were identical to ours.

Then we also found in the public records that he had just recently filed bankruptcy twice in 3 years! STAY AWAY!

Tim McCullough lost ANOTHER client in his bogus federal lawsuit. Another former client recently withdrew from the lawsuit actually issued an APOLOGY letter to Bella Collina.

The clients claimed they did not know what they actually had gotten themselves into, if they had, they would never have participated. The case has gone from 11 plaintiffs at the start, down to 3... 3!! Bella Collina was recently awarded significant judgments against the remaining plaintiffs in the practically identical state court claims.

It funny how McCullough and the others he has been conspiring with try to claim that clients are fleeing due to intimidation!! Ok.

Sure. It has nothing to do with a doomed lawsuit that he is now actively losing and costing his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars.....

McCullough has taken the stance of a (little violin starts playing) poor "victim".

As if he is at ALL Innocent in this regard. It has blatantly obvious he has been working with Juravin on this smear campaign against Bella Collina, DCS and the nearly dozen others he's trying to get money out of. From the beginning, they have created web pages, twitter accounts, and Facebook accounts to spread their asinine theories and harass and embarrass the people involved. McCullough never showed any "concern" about harming the people or the families that he was making all these claims about before.

Yet, now, he's upset. If people were not permitted to review or express their opinions anonymously, they would be up to their necks in BS litigation that Attorneys like McCullough, would bury them with. All because they either state fact or viewpoints others don't like. People like this only believe in free speech when its their own voice talking.

McCullough and his crew sure can dish it out, but they can't take it. (End little violin)

I've seen a lot of slanderous posts against the developers of Bella Collina, a luxury country club.

Well, last week a Federal Judge dismissed this case. Clients of McCullough are going to have to pay for all legal fees that have been acquired by this sham of a lawsuit that Attorney E. Timothy McCullough filed.

McCullough is also being sued for forgery by one of his former clients involved in the case.

Do your research people, and don't be fooled by salacious claims made by lawyers like this..

5:17-CV-86-OC-40-PRL issue a subpoena to Pissed Consumers for the identity of all individuals who posted reviews or comments concerning McCullough and Mitchell. These posts and comments are fraudulent and criminal in nature.
