McCormick unfair to employees

I would like to make this available to anyone in the South Bend, IN area looking for employment. Do not take a job at this *** The management is horrible, the workers are overworked and under appreciated. Plenty of ''fluff'' jobs are created but none are slotted for actual work. A strategic iniative called high performance work systems is now being implemented. I like to call this a fancy name for doing more work i.e. multi tasking and doing the job of 2 people. Do yourself a favor and run as fast and as far away as you can if offered a job with this company. It is a *** that you do not want to be a part of.

I have had several close friends as low and mid level workers that have had good to great experiences in south bend. One even accepted a promotion to the headquarters in Maryland. Sounds like sour grapes...
