services. We were a party of 14 for a surprise birthday party.
We had one host and a 1/4 hostess. Our glasses were filled with water and several minutes later, we received some bread. About 35 minutes later our hor d oeuvres order was taken. we received some more water never was a drink order ever taken.
When we finished our H and the table was cleared; we received some more water and bread.
The entree order was taken and what a mess. The male host was excellent but that was too many people for one person.
I seen all kind of food being delivered to tables of four or less. This was not a good experience.Four or less

I never spoke to anyone
But I had a terrible experience
I purchased food online and when I went to pick it up the manager said I didnt pay for it I showed him my bank transaction but he still didnt authorize it so I ended up paying twice and my food was terrible I asked for well done my food was pink unside

We visited on 12-1*-** - * PM the restaurant was not busy, it was well dead but the server (Cayli) service was TOTALLY NOT, never checked on us, The food servings were so small I wondered where was the food and the cost was astronomical for what was received. Each meal was not cooked the way we asked for it was disgusting. I ate at Landry's group in various locations for over 20 years and this was the bar none the "WORST"!!!

Preferred solution: An apology for the lack of customer service. The manager refused to come to the table to resolve the matter. So yes I did not leave atip because of the super loosy customer service. Portion sizes verses the cost are not portioned correctly.

I thought ordering out thru Ubereats would be easy peasy.. as well as get what I ordered and for the food to be good.
Well, that wasnt my experience. Mothers Day was a very special day I ordered meals for my mom and I and several things went wrong. First one of the meals WASNT what I ordered, another wasnt prepared using the special instructions I stipulated, then the food was dry and no seasoning. I couldnt reach a love rep to express my concerns and frustration to be rerouted to online to complain about my issue.
Refunded for only one meal. Angry
