Mccafferty Ford

Had oil changed about six months or so ago and was informed that the battery was low but, marked on invoice that it was good.The next visit for inspection they said the battery was good,strut was leaking. Did not have these services performed.

I just had oil changed 02/17/2018 they said strut was good axle seal needs replacement.Out of fear for the worst I had them replace the seal. Did I need the seal? Who knows?

Did they even perform the job? Who knows.I will not be returning to MCcafferty in Langhorne pa.again.I thought I found a reliable and honest dealership.I was wrong.I lost trust.

Thieves and liars ripped off on 2 cars purchased from them.they put me in a bad spot money and destroyed my credit. Have a nice day mccafferty hope u choke on it. Signed MR.Z

To make it short I bought 2014 ford foucs after three yes three days, 80 miles, the car broke down with transmission problems believe or not. The sweet dealer turn to a devil no returns calls at all, did not give me a another car to go home however they give me a left. I don't recommend ford cars to anyone and the dealer maccfferty is 0 out 10 for customers service and after sales.

I bought a 2010 Mustang V6 in June of 2009. I immediately noticed poor mileage.

Over the last two years it hasn't improved but has gotten worse. It was at 11.2MPG, now it's 9.625MPG I've been to 4 dealers and they all say my car is fine. My private mechanic says something id definely wrong. He says they should tear the car down until the problem is found.

They just basically tell me to go away. I feel screwed over big time.

They don't care that my car is garbage. I want some satisfaction.
