Built a home with them
- - There have been issues from the start.
- - Salespeople lied about the project.
- - Superintendents came and went and carpenters were inexperienced.
We built a home from them, and from the beginning there has been issue after issue. Sales people lying, builders not being able to build correctly, superintendents coming and going, carpenters being of high school age and experience.
Please please...build with someone else.
Anyone else is better! We made such a large mistake and didn't listen to the negative reviews from other unsatisfied McBride customers.

- - McBride damaged gas line during warranty work.
- - The next day they broke the water pipe.
- - They damaged irrigation and refuse to pay $860.
They have completely ignored me.
McBride came in to fix a warranty issue, broke a gas line which had to have the entire block removed. The next day, they broke the water pipe to the house.
Then, when fixing their warranty issue, they destroyed our irrigation system which cost us $860.
They refused to pay, saying it wasn't the issue. Shouldn't they leave the property the way they found it?
