Business breaking the Law

Yeah, I contacted the owner, who is nothing but a big coward.
This is a terrible place to do business with. They are so stupid and naive and very unprofessional.
The owner has low to none people skills, he needs to be in an Institution for the mentally insane or prison for breaking laws instinctually because he knows the law authorities are not and will not do anything to hold Leroy McBride accountable? He is the owner. They cremated my father and I hate them for it. I have POA and they still would not accommodate me.
He's been around the block so long that he thinks that he is above the law.
Someday someone will hold him accountable. Anyone reading this do not take your family here.
