The worst experience of my life !! The people who works in McAllen airport were so rude with us !

On Monday february 6 2017 we lost a flight and the girls never help us to find another plain we lost everything more than 2000 dlls then we found out that that in San Antonio was another fly so we could make it and not lose our money ! We cried a lot but they don't care !! Erika are the worst person I ever know ! Sorry about my English I'm a Mexican !

For 1 year my sister and I were saving money ! I m still crying ! Why they don't help us to find another fly!!

They are not human they are robots !! So sad!
