However with MBNA its a different story every single time you call in the customer service. Not to mention the minimum 15 minute wait only to realise the agent on the other end is not able to do much more. Its not the agents fault but rather the institution. Anonymous on 16 may 2016, I have similar problem with mbna customer service. they never apology their problem but just try to blame on vslue customer. dead business.
