My account has been locked an I cant get in unless I talk to a representative

I didn’t receive my pay check for 3/25 my name is Kimon Patrick

i want to speak with a manager or someone in charge of my mb financial account, i had no idea that it's now under fifth third bank. i am awaiting for my federal income tax of $10,069.00 which may have been rejected and reported back to the IRS so that the IRS can just send me a check for my federal refund.

i don't know if fifth third bank reported this to the IRS. PLEASE HELP! please call me @ 973-277-****, my name is Jimmy Mauricio.

My wallet was stolen on February 20 and bith my company debit card and a blank check were taken with it. I called customer service immediately.

Yet it took my Executive Director and I more than hour and a half to be able to speak with someone who could help us. Mb Financial Bank has the worst customer service ever! It was impossible to speak with somebody to report the potential fraud until 90 minutes of trying. But the time we spoke with someone the thief had already spent over $3000 in stores our company never shops at!!!

What a contrast with Chase Bank, which carries my personal account. My debit card was also in the wallet. I not only received an alert from Chase about a suspicious transaction, but was able to speak with a fraud representative immediately. In a matter of 10 minutes my problem was solved and the thiefs shopping spree had been stopped at once.

I am extremely upset with Mbs lack of consideration to my company and I, at a time when I was facing such a distressful event. What an awful experience!

I sent money to an old debit card through you guys that I no longer have and I meant to send it to my debit card through Arvest bank.

I am being charged overdraft fees for something i did not sign up for and the young lady who signed me up no longer works for them. I refuse to pay i had 80cents in my acct now they say i owe over $100 !!!!! Are you serious!!!

I frequent the Mb bank in chicago. I get this one latino teller.

I always hand her my tranactions. She lays my receipt fown even thohvh my hand is out to receive it. I handed her the tranaction and held my hand out and she took the rrceipt and laid it down I asked het why she said they can even thohgh my hand is out to receive it. I got pissed.

What the heck is really going on.

How prejudice abd ignorant is that. She need mote training or yo be fired.

MB Bank is very unprofessional and without cause refuse to let customers transfer money into other investments. I recently had the experience of MB Bank refusing to accept a legal power of attorney.

They refused to allow the customer to transfer her money into another investment with no justifiable cause. They also the (Oak Forest branch) in particular couldn't explain what happened to $100,000 withdrawn from the customers account.

I am a professional licensed by the State of Illinois my reputation is very important to me. They treated me like I was a crimnal frauster with no justifiable cause.

I am currently in the middle of securing a mortgage with MB Financial. This is my tenth deal in three years and I have never experienced this level of poor communication, lack of transparency, cluelessness in the process and overall ownership for their product.

I have had to reset my closing three times. Calls are not returned, emails go unanswered and I am currently in the dark with the status of my closing. Overall, a horrible experience for something that is quite simple for other lenders.

If you are considering MB financial mortgage I would continue your search as the number of problems encountered are not worth it in a commodity service that is differentiated by service or lack of.

MB bought out American Chartered, who I loved and never had any problems with. MB didn't honor my previous savings account rate and took $60 out of my account because my client wrote the check illegibly.

They then never reimbursed my client for the $60 they took from my account without any formal notification of any sort. After notifying them myself and telling them to issue the refund they did nothing for a month until I contacted them again when they finally told me that MY CLIENT would be the one that would have to go to his bank and request that they process a collection notice to MB. I work in a customer service driven profession, my clients want to write their checks at the end of the month and not be bothered beyond that.

All of the *** that MB has put me through over this has already prompted the client to reduce his sessions costing me $140 a month out of my previous income. As soon as the issue gets resolved, I will be closing all my accounts with them and will absolutely refuse to pay any closing fees as I never signed a contract with their bank at all and I have every right to walk away from a company I never consented to do business with.

I have been an MB customer in chicago for over ten years. I have used several of their branches and find the Madison and Halsted branch the worst.

A teller named Joann is rude, unfriendly, and does everything she can to make even the easiest transaction as hard as possible. The manager just sits in his office playing on his computer. Luckily, their are other branches or I would close my account.

Other branches are much more professional, helpful, and do their job correctly. I would highly suggest that the Madison and Halsted MB bank remove both of them as soon as possible.

MB Financial Bank holds my mortgage. After one year, the new payment book arrived showing higher payments. When I called to point out the error, MB Financial claimed that since I had "insurance lapse" they had to buy me insurance, and add "escrow" etc. to my mortgage. I pointed out that I ALWAYS had insurance and of course had proof of insurance. But that didn't get MB Financial Bank to correct THEIR error. I had to talk to several different people, each one claiming that since the beginning of my loan, this was the case. Of course THEIR paperwork and insurance evidence showed otherwise, but MB Financial did not care about facts - they cared about adding on fees, interest, higher mortgage payments etc.

I had to waste a lot of time over weeks trying to get MB Financial to correct THEIR error. Eventually they did - but only because I refused to give in to their highway robbery. And in the end - not even an apology or admission of error on their part - only the legally required confirmation - and a very rude one at that.

It seems clear that this was not a "mistake" - but from what I can read in other complaints - a very common ploy to rake in some undeserved profits out of the wallets of their innocent customers (aka victims).

MB Financial also delayed our closing at the last minute. There were multiple closings tied to ours, everyone had movers arranged, etc. - and every financial institution involved performed EXCEPT MB Financial - who because of internal politics of their recent merger - decided to blow our closing out into the future that better fit their financial picture of their newly merged company.

MB Financial foreclosed on my business and properties though I was making regular payments. I did experience a major problem with theft in the business that was rampant.

I could not control the problem and sought assistance of a takeover team from my bank. My bank made no referrals. They left me to deal with the problem by myself. I failed in that regard but I believe they had a fiduciary responsibility to help me.

My lawyer didn't even help me. The bank took me to court and went out of their way to keep me from refinancing them out. The business was appraised for $12-18MM. They sold it to an insider, Reza Toulabi, for allegedly, $3.5 MM.

They did everything in their power to sabotage me. They used fabricated documents, tampered with documents and the case docket, lied at every step and falsified documents. It was shocking. The FBI got involved and reported to me that my bankers were "stealing from the bank." That is Jim Mann and one other banker were stealing directly from the bank.

What that had to do with me I do not know. All I know is they left me with nothing. They brought in their best fancy lawyers in designer suits to destroy me. They used tactics that were mafia like.

I was told my bank had mob ties but I did not believe it till they whacked me.

Avoid MB Financial Bank at all cost.
