Verified ReviewerNew Chevy Colorado 2024
- New Chevy Colorado arrived with hard water spots.
- Manager offered to pay for detailing.
- Two-day return with no loaner is required.
Contacted Chevrolet consumer relations they proceeded to contact the dealership and they didn’t want to work with us. I’m stuck with the hard water spots. The dealership never tried to wash the truck when they sold it to me.
It is now at a stale mate.
I refuse to go all the way there and leave it for two days. I did not do anything wrong.
- More concerned about the sale than the customer
Preferred solution: Price reduction
User's recommendation: Don’t trust the sales person. Make sure you do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before leaving the lock the lot and don’t give up your trade-in until you went over it.
