I used to own a 2008 Mazda 3 which I loved. I recently purchased a new 2017 Mazda 3, which I absolutely detest. I was not given the car I wanted. I wanted a very specific set of features and this was part of the reason I I picked the Mazda over their competitors. When I picked up the vehicle, it was not the one i had wanted or expected. When I was asked if there was anything I was unhappy with or uncomfortable with, I said Yes, and describe part...

I absolutely love Mazda, but I have an issue, both my daughter have a Mazda 6.. Mine is 2010 and hers is a 2012.. every year we are changing our headlights out, sometimes two times a year.. We are being charged 35+ every bulb we buy.. This is getting ridiculous , I have never had a problem with any other vehicle I have ever owned. is there a solution to this??? Especially since changing these bulbs are not fun.. I hope that there is a solution...

Mazda knows very well that the transfer case in the CX9 is garbage and will ALWAYS fail, yet they refuse to recall this piece of garbage part. Do NOT buy a Mazda unless you want to spend 2-5000 to fix a part they blatantly still use. The dealer laughed when I described what was happening. He said oh yeah that's just your transfer case. We replace 3-4 a week. I suggest you physically break this part before your warranty expires and the...

My 2010 Mazda3 only had 20,000kms on it when the engine light came on! Over $700.00 to repair it!! Apparently the carbons weren't being properly burned off or some ***...nobody bothered to give me a proper explanation! And if course the warranty had only expired two and a half months previous!!

Tye dealer just told us that it is a common problem to find the battery dead if the start button is accidentally pushed while the brake is not on. This starts the fan(s) and runs down the battery. Our 2016 Mazda 3 has so many nice features it is a real shame that this aspect was overlooked in the design. Here are more words a a a a a a a a a a a a a a. A a a a a a a

I purchased a 2016 MAZDA CX-5 at the end of September 2015. By the first week of December, with about 1,300 miles, the engine light came on and the car became sluggish and would struggle to pick-up speed. I took the car to the nearest Mazda dealership. After a few days when I called them they told me that they did not know what was wrong and they were consulting MAZDA “tech-line” to figure it out. I picked up the car a few days later but even...

Ohhh where do I begin!!!! It all started when my brother took his car to be fixed by the Oak Lawn Mazda Dealership’s service department with the "experts”. His car was not starting and his engine was revving up on its own without pushing on the accelerator. Let's not forget to say his warranty expired, so yes, it took them almost 3 weeks for us to finally even get an answer back and to get the car started again. This cost him $500 dollars....

A dangerous metal shelf is mounted under both front seats. In all 2014-2015 Mazda 3 vehicles in Israel (and probably in other countries as well) It is mounted too far from seat bottom, thus is very dangerous for rear passengers feet. It might seriously harm feets stuck under it. Furthermore, it blocks/reduces important rear legroom. Rear passengers cannot avoid put their feet under front seat. So obviously their feet are stuck between this...

OK,What year is your Mazda? The reason for asking is because sometime's we purchase bad gas and This will cause water to be mixed in with our gas.And also if this is this case,Then this is not the car dealership's fault.I use to purchase my gas at Mobile Gas Station and I had a brand new vehicle not even two week's old, As soon as i purchase the gas at the Mobile Gas Station my check engine light popped on and I had to carry my vehicle to the...
