I've ordered from Maven multiple times after I placed the order almost $200 they tell me that my order can't be placed that I have to speak to someone that's fine maybe because it's a different card different address but the problem is I can't speak to anyone till Monday what's the reason for the toll free numbers if you can't talk to someone on the weekend or after hours so I have to wait all the way to Monday before I could talk to someone and my hair appointment is Tuesday already paid deposit they should at least give me one day shipping for free for handling business this way I would think this is so unprofessional just because someone sounds professional on a voicemail doesn't mean that they're professional
