One of your "leadership team" sent me an email on June 17th saying they were going to call me and resolve the situation and make things right. Still waiting for that call.
Sent my number, sent follow up emails and nothing. No problem I filed another complaint with the BBB. I've updated by complaint here and I'm now rejoining Facebok and will use it as a platform to let every single fellow US Veteran on social media know the way this company honors our veterans. I'm never dropping this.
I'm never going to stop sharing how horrible your company and your customer service is until this issue is addressed. If you think i can't go the distance and cost you business you had better put on your seatbelt.

My first bit of advice would be not to do business with this company until they start to value their customers.
It turns out that it doesn't matter how good or bad the options are the company is run by unethical people who don't value their customer base one bit.
Try to get someone on the phone for assistance. Guaranteed over an hour on hold. that is NOT a company that values their customers. Need a question answered.
They will answer any questions you have as long as you provide them your first and last name as well as your email address. remarkable!
I filed one complaint with the BBB about the horrendous wait times to speak to someone as well as the obtuse employee who answered the call hanging up on my after being on hold for over an hour. Their response was they have lots of options for support and just to call them.
They clearly didn't read one word of my complaint. Again, not an organization that values their customers.

New cleaner

The last I talked with your company the replacement part I need possibly won't arrive late July.

They need first/last name and your email so they can create a paper trail on their end for any future warranty issues but more importantly to verify your purchase before providing assistance.
The BBB is industrial strength horse manure. They call themselves THE BUREAU to DECEIVE the public into thinking they have some official standing.
THEY DO NOT! The BBB is NOT a part of ANY government or law enforcement entity and the BBB has ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything. The BBB SELLS PHONEY RATINGS. The BBB is a PAY-FOR-PLAY SCAM.
That complaint to them just gave them a sales lead to try to SELL this place their own PHONEY BALONEY rating.. THE BBB---CHOKING ON THE STENCH OF THEIR OWN DECEPTION.
