I was deceived by this jeweler- they said 10 months interest free!! Now there billing me this ridiculous amount! Further more the jewelry was stolen!! Pissed off!!

Buy your jewelry and watches elsewhere! After 15 years of buying an extensive and highly expensive array of jewelry and watches from Mayors of (Aventura, Miami Beach, and Sunset locations). I was highly disappointed on the fraudulent follow up service agreement which I was assured at the point of purchased that if I need any adjustment (NOT REPAIR) to bring it in and they will gladly adjust it for Free. But such is not the case. So when the Mayors sales person inform you that all adjustments of your purchased are complementary, beware, that is not the case. Paula the sales lady of my $18,000 ring was embarrassed in the manner that I was defrauded. “Sarah” the pitt-bull of the Aventura store defended the faith by insisting that I paid $380 to have my rings adjusted. I have lost complete faith in Mayors truthfulness and sales practices. With such Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, I am convince that the Mayors brand has already been paraded in front of the Florida State Attorney Office! Consumer Beware - Shop elsewhere!

i went to buy my first rolex to mayors store in Aventura, it was the worst experience, my wife was going to use her credit and her credit is excellent but mayors personal run her credit and confuse her with somebody else, so they denied the credit and we walk away the store, then after 5 minutes and jumping in the car at the parking lot we receive a call from the mayors personal asking for an apology and we got the credit, i got the date just and i decided to go next day to the store to exchange it for the yacht master but my wife wasn't with me and mayors rep told me that she needs to be present so i told the lady to have the papers ready when i get back so its sign and done, we came back and nothing was done and we waited for 2 hours until finally the gave me the exchange for the yacht master, well thats not all the yacht master had 3 mayors scratches on the vessel or the crown, I'm not going to pay $120000 dollars for a new watch that it is already scratch, so the lady that was helping me decided to tell me that is only a hair line and thats not a problem she will exchange it for a new one but i will have to come back next day and wow again i have to came back and so far this is not been a good experience, buying a rolex should be a happy moment and the reps from mayors should treat customers with much more customer satisfaction guide lines, but no i had to came back and i did, the same lady who help me the day before call me and i went to the store to ice up my yacht master, when i arrive, the lady show me the new rolex with no scratches this time and then i decide to ask her for the watch, first thing i ask was is this watch the latest edition and the first answer she gave me was YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY THIS WATCH! so what type of reaction should i give to this lady after that sentence, well i gave her what the situation deserve and that is TAKE YOUR WATCH BACK!! AND REFUND MY MONEY!! I Have visited the mayors store since the year 2000 7 times dreaming to buy the yacht master and i did not want it to buy on ebay nor any other store than a dealer and top notch place and i never in my life expected to have such a bad experience like this, this type of person who help is the director of the store and the way that she behave with me as a customer the worst.
