I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app but they continue to charge me - the app wasnt good. I am so disappointed to be taken advantage of when improving my diet is key to my health.

Membership issues
- - Auto-renewal occurred without notice and cancellation was attempted.
- - Charged $212.69 on Nov 2; refund pending.
- - No reply after calls or portal messages.
My membership was on auto renew I got no notice of renewal date ahead of time, then when they did renew on Nov 1st I got that notice and immediately cancelled my membership on the same day Nov 1st as I planned to do. I got cancellation email also
They charged my account on Nov 2nd for 212.69 and as of yet Nov 11 I still do not see the credit for the 212.69.
How long does it take to return a charge that should not have gone through to begin with.
Ive tried calling a number I was given and also sent a message through portal still no response. Hope this gets resolved!

I have been given 6 different phone numbers to reach the diet clinic and I kept getting promomotions I didnt want. They were very pushy.

I was supposed to receive 2 small books when I initially joined about 5 months ago. I *thought* the $19.99 was to cover the books & the initial setup & did not know I would be charged $19..99 a month, which is what happened.
I have tried to cancel through websites, and did not find a way.
I have called several phone numbers; either the call was dropped or it was the wrong number.
The last call I made, I did NOT receive a call back!!! I called yesterday.
