I have a Maylong tablet and I can't get on the enternet without another add on which I don't understand why some type of toggle thing which needs to be plugged in so *** can't get any support from the websites because most don't exists anymore. No phone numbers no websites no customer service no support this has to be the worse tablet I ever got.

I stopped trying to use it a long time ago and just gave up and now it collects dust.

I can't take it back I have no box and I am sure no one is giving refunds on this piece of ***. Don't buy.

Brought 2 tablets. I just recieved them yesterday and already 1 tablet will not charge.

I am mad as *** not one number to call them works. This company is a fuxking scam

Have 11 in NETBOOK. Some frozen icecreambear is on the screen and I can't get IN.

WHAT THE *** and their numbers dead. Any suggestions??

Bought this off the Wal-Mart website & its horrible! It freezes, doesn't like to download & none of the customer service numbers work.

Only the place it shipped from said that they'll refund it & I can either order another but I wouldn't dare! This is such a piece of junk!

I got this for my son who has Autism & he has been so upset about how much trouble this tablet has been! It definitely needs to be taken off the market & this company needs to be reported!

I'm very annoyed with this tablet. I brought 3 and lost my chargers to 2 of them.

I went to Amazon to find replacement chargers.

And spent more money on 4 chargers that don't work. Maylong Mobility will not respond....I would like something from you effords in resolving this issues with this tablet!

All 3 support phone numbers "are no longer in service". I dialed these numbers during their published times of business, 9AM-5PM EST.

The product is.. chintzy. A micro SD slot is supposedly available. I can't find where on this 7" tablet you can insert the SD card.

The manual doesn't show WHERE exactly the SD card is to be inserted. The only power that is made available is through the SD connector, with a very short cable at that.

It's only good point is that it is an ANDROID v.4.2.2 firmaware unit but that's it. The website URL no longer exists.

Apps don't work ,product doesn't work seems damaged from the start no customer service no way to reach customer service what a scam !!!!!!!!!

Sent in 3 defective tablets back on June 3, 2014. I have not received any of the repaired tablets back nor heard from the company.

I bought a tablet for myself and it would never charge I got to looking at it an seen where the charger plugs in was not there. so in other words I paid good money for a piece of junk.

I don't think I will buy there brand of anything again. It would be nice if they would reimburse me or replace it with a new one. and I don't need 100 words to tell you your merchandise is junk because I think your company already knows that.

And now so does the rest of the world. YOU SELL NOTHING BUT JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contacted Maylong about this and they have ignored my contact emails and voice messages.

Power connector on original purchased tablet became unusable as it receded into the interior of the unit. Was under warranty. Maylong replaced with another unit (not same serial no as original that was returned under warranty). The replacement unit will not connect to WiFi. Always says "out of range" even though it is sitting on the same desk as the WiFi router. The original unit worked at opposite end of the house more than 35 feet away.

order 2 M-295 tablets that were suppose to come with girl friendly case for my granddaughters .I received 1 with no case ,on the ticket in the box said there were two in the box, wrong box was barley big enough to put the one in.call. no answer only a recording.

for 4 days been calling nothing yet......I order from target and order was coming from maylong company. can't get anyone to answer the phone and all mail boxes are full. does anyone even work there?why do I have to make it so many words to yake my complaint.

I purchased a Maylong tablet for my daughter for Christmas. The tablet would turn on but would not do anything else.

It was frozen on the robot screen. I paid to have it shipped to the company for repair. They returned it after supposedly fixing it but it only turned on once and then never did again. I contacted them again.

They told me to press the reset button, which I tried but it still didn't work. They then said there is nothing else they can do to fix it. I told them they should replace it but they ignored my emails.

The tablet was brand new but never worked.
