I purchased my truck with the Mayhem Warriors on it, and it also came with a spare too. Back in November 2022 had a flat that turned out to be due to the rim splitting on the rear bend of the rim.
Thought that was odd since I've never hit anything. Today I went in for a constant leak in my tire thinking possible nail. Was told that the rim is split, causing the leak. That's 2 cracked rims in 5 months.
No warranty since they were on a New to me used truck. Rims are junk, would never buy this brand ever.
The center caps, center piece just falls out too. Lost 2 of them as well

Cannot get anybody to answer phone. Need some wheels but nobody can tell me anything.
Keep saying they are on back order. I need to know if the wheel I want is going to be available or not.

The first person I talked to put me back to the main menu after 15 minutes. The second person did not answer my question, but got smart about it and hung up.

Was cleaning the truck when I noticed the one rim had a crack in it. Then I looked on the other 3 wheels and all four wheels are cracked in the same place. Hopefully the pictures help explain my issues.

Center caps after 3 months complete junk and cant get any help worst company ever
Rims don’t fit manual hubs
- - Rims fit hub diameter and bolt pattern but don’t work with manual hubs.
- - Center-cap lip inside the rim blocks hubs from sliding through.
Customer service number keeps coming up as not available in my area. Can’t even get ahold of customer service to ask how to proceed
Ordered the rims based on my truck. Hub diameter is correct, bolt pattern is right.
But it’s not noted anywhere that they won’t work with manual hubs. There is a lip inside the rim to hold the center cap on.
The hubs won’t slide through because of it. Just bought 5 rims and had them mounted only to find out they don’t work.

I have the very same issue. All four tires have multiple cracks
My Mayhem wheels are cracking as well. One is bad enough to cause an air leak!
They are cracking where the spokes attach to the wheel itself. Mayhem should stand behind their products no matter if I am the original purchase or not!
