Do not use this company, especially if you have a home warranty. First, the dispatchers are rude and unhelpful. I also sensed a bit of judgment and bias towards me and i think it is because I am a warranty customer. As a black woman, i felt the dispatchers talked down to me. The plumbers they sent out are friendly, but lazy. I will never use them again and if you are a black, warranty customer expect to be spoken down too, treated with disdain, and to not have the job completed or even attended to . Our tech came after making us wait all day he finally came past 5 and was clearly in a rush to leave, even though it was for an emergency job, even though i paid 2 fees for them to come out, he refused to fix my clogged pipes and said we didnt pay our warranty company for the additional service of unclogging the drain, which was a lie because we did)!
They will not diagnose any issue and they will charge you for everything, even if the issues are related . Do not use this company. Horrible service and I actually dont think Homeshield should use them as a vender considering how hateful they are towards warranty customers. I wish i could give them 0 stars! I added pictures of the hole they cut in my wall and left and how they refused to look at the floor below that which also had a leak. They insisted that it was due to another issue even though this home has had pipes leak before. I had my contractor come out and offer a diagnostic assessment of the issue, only for TMAYS plumbing company to summarily dismiss. Hence, my drain still clogged, pipes still leaking, there is now *** in my wall, i have paid them to come out 4 times, and I am afraid to call their dispatch because I dont want to be spoken down to the way they did me. It is stressful dealing with a rude company that clearly doesnt respect its black, female warranty customers. Do yourself a favor and go with ANY one else. If you filter these reviews for home warranty you will see the majority of customers did not have a good experience. Many of those customers appear to be black woman. Our tech was more concerned with playing with my cat then repairing my plumbing issues. The warranty company so reconsidered its relationship with this unprofessional company. My bath tub has sewage draining into it yet, their plumber refused to snake it and preferred to play with my cat. This company does not care about the customer. DO NOT USE THEM!

This company did not realize that my house had a second drain to snake. Instead, they had me spend hundreds of dollars to have my yard dug up.
When i called to inform them of this, their racist office manager was more concerned with defending their incompetence then admitting they failed to do the job. As of now, my family and I are still deprived of clean water. You can see in the picture the second drain was covered and against the opposite wall. Complete and total crooks!
