Good evening CSR of Maya,
I have been using your services for months now without any issues and I love your service. However, I recently changed my phone number and it was verified. I was able to successfully change from Smart number to Globe on my Maya account. Upon completion, I logged in again with my new phone number, put in my password and it asked me for face verification, which I did. But why the *** doesn't it work? I have tried verifying my face and it still does not work after dozens of attempts. If you check my account, it's fully verified and there is money in my account that I cannot lose.
I am just having problems with face verification. Why is my account, which is 100% verified, still giving me such issues? I have tried it on both my Android and iOS devices but I still keep getting the facial recognition error. The cameras on both phones work fine, so I don't know why I am receiving that error.
Please do fix that ASAP!

i got hacked and lost more than 250k. there's absolutely no support being provided and i'm left alone reporting this to the police.
and i'm even forced to chase the bank with updates in their investigation, which based on the multiple agents i talked to, there are none at all.
no one from the company has reached out to me at all. and no one at an appropriate level has taken my calls except entry-level agents.

Nope, it never got resolved but I found a way to get around the issue and it worked. I am now able to use Maya just fine. Apologies for replying to your message late.
