12/12/2025 it Happened at the Mayan theater in San Antonio Texas We would go every Thursday for years as it was a family night every week spending $100 to $200 a week as we were loyalty members and 1 day a man bumps in to me does not say sorry my son said mom I said son it's ok some people don't say sorry he turns and says I don't give a *** wow and said it again said other stuff told him stop pick up ur pant and keep walking he did but then he wanted me to go outside to fight like what I tell him stop as we had kids and that kind of behavior is crazy he then got mad and complained to manager as I hope they look at camera and see they said they could not I told manager why would he be mad if he assaulted me verbally in front of my child and wanting to fight outside? Was told they refund my money and me and my family had to leave as he got to stay and see the movie I felt they knew him because manager was so frustrated and never asked for information from me didn't even talk to me other than for refund and when I reported they said it was a nother manger she was not even on report they never apologized so much money I could of spent at another theater and was told due to holidays it take a few weeks to review but it happened 12/12 no holidays that whole week you had cameras could have reviewed not important?

I had plans with my kids to go yo the movies my account was frozen I had to wait till Monday because maya don't have 247 costomer service like most cinemas do
I'm having trouble unfreezing my account I need help but apparently you guys are not available on the weekends maybe I should find a theater or a cinema that would be open 24/7

The young teens are burning some of the food and not paying attention to what they are doing and expecting customers to eat burnt food

I have gotten pretzels from the theatre and they are terrible they are burnt and too hard to eat I nearly broke my teeth someone needs to do something about how they cook the pretzels.people are buying food you can't even eat that is a waste of money
