A night full of disappointments delivered at Luciano‘s
Service was awful from the second we got in till the second we left no name from the waitress, always look down would not wait to take our orders. We would have to flag her down.
Bartender was not at the bar over an hour for a drink and did not even receive a glass of water, our meals came out wrong. They went fixed and we were not. They did not take it off our bill we were told we had to drink a bottle of wine that we did not order because the bartender opened it to the waitress refused to give us two more blood because he didnt feel like doing it literally When asked to speak to him manager, apparently the waitress did that for us and thought that was OK actually for cocktails we did not have normally we love this place. We would always give it great reviews.
Me and my husband were absolutely modified, appalled and disgusted by the way they performed Saturday , I to show them how their staff was. I literally walked out of the restaurant with a wine bucket full of ice and the bottle of wine that I had to pay for that she accidentally opened person knew and our bill was $354 for food that was not accurate , it was a mess. It was horrible.
I dont think well ever go back there again unless something major happens unfortunately thats sad especially in this economy they only had three tables in the whole place with people in it. I dont think they can afford to lose more customers.
