hello first
my complain is against the manager JESSICA GILL, i been live in this complex since 2012 and i have not one single problem with the police and very much every think was ok untill ur new manager came to run this property.
it just start when used to ask her that i need things in my appartment to get fix so every time she said i cant and she always fins a reason for her denial.
many people in this property they dont like her because she refuse to fix specific things or maintenance they dont fix in the right way so when residents ask her to refix she doent do any thing so normally people leave bad comments online about ur property so she always accuse me that iam the only one in this property who like to complain or leave negative comment on the survey.
so ii used to get a survey sent to my email alomost every month but after the last altercation they survey stops and been not sent to my email any more so i feel the she act as dictator she always love people to leave positive things about her or ur complex.
there are many people live her so why she always say that iam the only one leave these bad comments this is not true.
3 week ago me and my daughter were out because i like to water my plants on the morning so while iam inside to get some water my daughter walk so some lady found her and took her to the office so like 4-5 minutes the maintenance guy he knows me and knows my daughter he came and told me that my daughter in the office so i went so fast to the office i couldnt go in because iam wearing my underwear because i have an amputation above the knee so i ask the maintenance to open the door and let my daughter out, so he came out and told me the manager says go change and come, so JESSICA saw me while i was parking outside so she knew this is my daughter so after i came back i saw two police came to the office so i knew she called the police for simple reason.
before i saw the police i thought may be she wanna talk to me and give me little advice but i dont know that she really have dark heart she used my child as a weapon to hurt me.
this manager left no dignity and respect for the residents.
she just like to see people suffer and suffer she just like to destroy any family her members go through heated discussion with her.
so the next day one lady knocked my door and she said iam from child protective services she sat with me and my daughter mom i dont really know why all this happen and it could be resolved so easily.
ur manager could give me my daughter with little advice and respect mix with love, if this is the way ur manager JESSICA GILL follow to run this place so this will make residents willing to leave this place as soon as possible this will make people are so afraid to live in this place because really now i dont feel safe.
just example ,if she found her grand daughter and her daughter lives her does she going to do the same thing?
does she going to call the police? off course no? so why in my case calls the police?
i have her emaill when she told me that iam the only one complain about her if u want i can forward that to u to investigate?
after that incident i make to orders to fix two different things and nobody show up from the maintenance to fix what i ask for?
i probably going to sue her or ur company if ur not going to deal with this incident because she starts to hurt my family and my family is red line.
i wanna hear from u soon

Management issues

Hello, I have been living at the Arbors at Natchez Trace in Ridgeland, MS since July of 2020. I just wanted to reach out and express how unhappy I am with management. We have had a renters insurance fee on our account since July of 2021. We showed proof of insurance on July 28, 2021. They lost our proof and asked us to email it to them again in August 5th. We like to pay our rent a month in advance in case we ever have an emergency we will have back up plan. I have been emailing since August 5th to have this fee removed but it has still not been removed. We would like to go ahead and pay our rent. I have reached out to the manager on a few occasions to have this fixed and nothing has happened. I have also reached out to the office assistant but she says she cannot do anything without the managers approval. This is not the first time that I have had issues trying to contact the property manager. In May the hot water heater went out in our apartment. We called maintenance and had them come out to install a new one. My wife locked up the dog in the master bedroom for them to come in and install the heater. I arrived home at 4pm and they were just finishing up the install. The carpet was soaking wet and the water was shut off to the building. They went to open the valve for the building and blew the pop off valve off of the pipe causing them to have to shut the water off again to repair the pop off valve. That maintenance tech assured me that he would have have the water back on in no time. Our water was not turned back on until 2pm the next day, and they did not send out any type of notification letting us know it was going to take this long. Maintenance also failed to clean up after themselves leaving water all over the apartment. I called the next day and complained and the office assistant, Joel, was a huge help and had a carpet cleaning company come out to clean our carpets. I set up a meeting with the manager on June 17 at 4pm to discuss what happened and ask for better communication from property management. She was not at the property when I arrived at 4pm for our meeting. I never received a call to reschedule and have not heard from her since setting up the meeting. I am not a hard person to please. I just ask that you reply to my email when I send one and we will work something out. Communication goes a long way.

Park Edge - Worst Property Manager

Lack of awareness, Rude property manager, takes too long for the maintenance personnel to resolve issue. Property manager on repeated complains will ask you to leave to property.

User's recommendation: Avoid since Maintenance staff and management staff don't care about the tenants

Very, very noisy here.

I have made at least 6 or more complaints about the load noise in building 17. The music has gotten louder. If it was ever noted and if these people were ever notified, they apparently have no regard for your authority. I should not have to contact the office about the same complaint over and over again. It is a shame that people have no regard for senior citizens. Other than the disturbing noise in this building it is a nice place to live. But, I will not recommend any friends or family member to live here. But, this too shall pass.

*** fairy ?

I finally got tired of paying rent to a company that has redefined excellence in apartment living to mediocrity in apartment living .And as of September 28 ,2019 I am no longer a resident of Maxus Properties . The dog pile issue was one of a number of unresolved home inconveniences that I paid not to have / or to have corrected ,but were always present nevertheless .I'm done with paying to have my maintenance requests marginalized and with neighbors who don't care about THEIR own home to take care of it .

Updated by user Jun 14, 2018

Nothing follows . I don't want to bother with Maxxus Properties dirty laundry anymore . Will eventually relocate and consider the problem solved and my complaint moot .

Original review Apr 20, 2018
One of their Albuquerque , New Mexico properties has a very lazy attitude towards removing dog *** as described on the lease . Dog *** is continuously scattered like land mines all over the green spaces despite the obvious presence of pet waste disposal kiosks . Previous management groups allowed only one small pet per unit . Maxus now allows multiple pets per unit of any size . It's a great situation for dog enthusiasts , but what about the tenants that aren't ? It's been like this since September 2015 . I'm planning to move out . Maybe I can find a place where the pet litter clause is more strictly enforced , maybe not . But I thought I'd give this warning to others : The Albuquerque properties are run by believers in the *** fairy .

Reason of review:
Poor customer service

Preferred solution: enforce the litter clause of the lease. The grounds smell during warm weather .
