Management issues

Hello, I have been living at the Arbors at Natchez Trace in Ridgeland, MS since July of 2020. I just wanted to reach out and express how unhappy I am with management. We have had a renters insurance fee on our account since July of 2021. We showed proof of insurance on July 28, 2021. They lost our proof and asked us to email it to them again in August 5th. We like to pay our rent a month in advance in case we ever have an emergency we will have back up plan. I have been emailing since August 5th to have this fee removed but it has still not been removed. We would like to go ahead and pay our rent. I have reached out to the manager on a few occasions to have this fixed and nothing has happened. I have also reached out to the office assistant but she says she cannot do anything without the managers approval. This is not the first time that I have had issues trying to contact the property manager. In May the hot water heater went out in our apartment. We called maintenance and had them come out to install a new one. My wife locked up the dog in the master bedroom for them to come in and install the heater. I arrived home at 4pm and they were just finishing up the install. The carpet was soaking wet and the water was shut off to the building. They went to open the valve for the building and blew the pop off valve off of the pipe causing them to have to shut the water off again to repair the pop off valve. That maintenance tech assured me that he would have have the water back on in no time. Our water was not turned back on until 2pm the next day, and they did not send out any type of notification letting us know it was going to take this long. Maintenance also failed to clean up after themselves leaving water all over the apartment. I called the next day and complained and the office assistant, Joel, was a huge help and had a carpet cleaning company come out to clean our carpets. I set up a meeting with the manager on June 17 at 4pm to discuss what happened and ask for better communication from property management. She was not at the property when I arrived at 4pm for our meeting. I never received a call to reschedule and have not heard from her since setting up the meeting. I am not a hard person to please. I just ask that you reply to my email when I send one and we will work something out. Communication goes a long way.

Park Edge - Worst Property Manager

Lack of awareness, Rude property manager, takes too long for the maintenance personnel to resolve issue. Property manager on repeated complains will ask you to leave to property.

User's recommendation: Avoid since Maintenance staff and management staff don't care about the tenants.

Very, very noisy here.

I have made at least 6 or more complaints about the load noise in building 17. The music has gotten louder. If it was ever noted and if these people were ever notified, they apparently have no regard for your authority. I should not have to contact the office about the same complaint over and over again. It is a shame that people have no regard for senior citizens. Other than the disturbing noise in this building it is a nice place to live. But, I will not recommend any friends or family member to live here. But, this too shall pass.
